The apartment
Located on the ground floor with an independent entrance, the apartment is just 500 meters from Margidore beach and about one kilometer from the large beach of Lacona. The spacious and bright three-room apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is designed to ensure comfort and functionality. Inside you will find a welcoming living room with kitchenette and double pull-out sofa bed, a comfortable double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower box
The property features a large private outdoor area, perfectly equipped to enjoy outdoor living. A shaded gazebo allows guests to relax or dine in peace, while the built-in barbecue is ideal for summer grilling. Completing the outdoor space is an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach

Important Notes
Linen not included: you may use your own by bringing it from home or request rental at a cost of Euro 20 per person, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Collection and return take place at the agency, unless otherwise agreed
Children up to 2 years: cot not provided. No supplement if using your own cot or sleeping in the parents’ bed
Included services: all utilities (electricity, water, gas), wi-fi, air conditioning, and a private parking space.
