Valley Nest, a Home in Madeira
Valley Nest is an independent part of a rural house and is ideal for families and groups of up to four people.
The accommodation is approximately 70 m² and comprises two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed (1.4 × 1.9 m) and another bedroom with two single beds (1.0 × 1.9 m). It also has a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms and a veranda. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a jacuzzi and a barbecue, as well as a parking space.
The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels, portable electric heater and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The property is located close to the village of Ribeira Brava, where there is a beach and several restaurants and cafés.
Ribeira Brava is situated in the southwest part of the island, which has the best climatic conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
In the vicinity it is possible to practise various outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other water sports.
The property has easy access to the main road networks.
NOTES
Guests have access to the upper floor of the house which has independent entrance. The lower floor is not included in the accommodation.
A car is recommended for this location. There is free parking on the property.
Cleaning is carried out before guest arrival and then weekly maintenance cleaning is performed, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
The accommodation is located in a residential area in a rural setting, but there is potential for noise from cars travelling on a nearby road and dogs barking in the neighbourhood.
There are also insects in the surrounding area that may be attracted by food scraps.
An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance that covers cancellations or other unforeseen events that may prevent the stay.
2. If you have special needs, allergies or accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking to confirm that the accommodation is suitable and so that we can take the necessary measures.
3. Parties and behaviour that disturb neighbours are not permitted, especially between 22:00 and 08:00, a period during which neighbourhood noise is legally prohibited.
4. An online form will be sent to collect guests' identification data, in compliance with legal obligations, as well as the expected time of arrival and means of transport. The form must be submitted up to two days before arrival.
5. In-person check-in is done by prior appointment. We wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time and, if this time is exceeded, it may be necessary to schedule a new time.
6. Upon arrival, guests may be asked to present an identification document and to provide any missing identification data.
7. So that we can resolve any problems promptly, defects, incidents or cleaning failures should be reported immediately during the stay. Communications made after check-out may not be subject to verification and resolution.
