Located on the first floor of a well-maintained building with elevator access, the home opens into a very spacious living room — a welcoming area ideal for relaxing after a full day outdoors. Whether you’re returning from skiing, thermal baths, or hiking, this lounge becomes the heart of the home, perfect for conversation, reading, or simply unwinding.



Adjacent to the living area is an oversized kitchen, thoughtfully laid out to accommodate real cooking rather than quick meals. It’s ideal for preparing breakfasts before a day in the mountains or enjoying long dinners together. The sense of space throughout the apartment makes it comfortable not only for short stays, but also for longer holidays.



The sleeping area accommodates up to four guests. The main bedroom features a large double bed and a calm, restful atmosphere. The second bedroom includes two single beds, offering flexibility for children, friends, or additional guests. One of the apartment’s standout features is the exceptionally large terrace — a rare outdoor extension where you can breathe in the alpine air, enjoy a morning coffee, or relax in the evening light.
