Before booking, please note:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of 250€ if there is evidence such as smell, ashes, cigarette butts).

•Online registration: guest data must be registered independently through our own platform before arrival

•Check-in: in-person, our team will be on site with 30 minutes prior notice. Arrivals after 8 PM are subject to extra cost.

•Access: After the apartment is ready and online registration is correctly completed.

Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct on the reservation. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the indicated number may result in additional fees or refusal of stay.

Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of 90€ for water and electricity applies; extra will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.

Porto has a naturally humid climate, so the apartment may have higher humidity levels on some days. An air conditioner with dehumidifier function is available for your comfort.

Street noise may exist

Apartment access involves stairs in the common area.

Attention, the terrace is under maintenance. The terrace is common to two apartments in the building.

The washing machine and dryer are common to all apartments and are located in the building's common area.
