Das Nachtpersonal ist größtenteils gut, bis auf einen unverschämten Mann. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie und alle Mitreisenden einen Ausweis dabei haben. Ohne Ausweis wird niemand aufgenommen.

Cynthia, Amanda, Kelly, John – all diese Leute arbeiten hier im Camp für den Langzeitaufenthalt und sind einfach großartig. Ich hatte ein Problem, als ich mein Handy verloren hatte. Daraufhin schickten sie drei Leute los, um mein Handy zu suchen: vom Parkplatz über mein Zimmer und das gesamte Gelände bis hin zur Zufahrtsstraße. Sie fanden es und brachten es mir noch am selben Tag zurück. Diese Leute verstehen wirklich, was Kundenservice bedeutet. Vielen Dank!

Ich verbringe 4-6 Tage pro Woche in diesem Hotel und bin immer sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, und wenn man etwas braucht, steht es normalerweise an der Rezeption bereit. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt von der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner – in den meisten Hotels, in denen ich war, trocknet der Trockner meine Wäsche nie richtig. Insgesamt bin ich immer zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und den Preisen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal! Und besonders an Kelly – du bist fantastisch!

Ich hatte anfangs ein paar Schwierigkeiten, da manche Gäste einfach keine hohen Erwartungen an das Hotel hatten, aber das Management hat das wirklich in Ordnung gebracht. Hier arbeiten ausgezeichnete Leute, und wenn man lange genug bleibt, wird man zum Nachbarn und nicht nur zu „Zimmer 555“.
