Staff & Services
The rental includes daily breakfast (7am–11am), welcome coffee and mint tea with pastries, oriental cakes in each room, daily housekeeping, and pool and garden maintenance. Towels and essentials are provided.

Location
Situated on the road to Fez within the secure Salmanazar estate, the villa enjoys a private and tranquil setting surrounded by olive groves. The estate comprises just 8 exclusive villas, each on large plots of 5,000–10,000 m². The property benefits from full southern exposure and breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. International Airport 21 km.

Security deposit of Euro 2.500,00 must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
In this house, meals are prepared exclusively by the house staff.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool
Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies according to the weather conditions, even with a powerful heating system.
Pool has no swimming guard
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
