Welcome to my apartment!

This cozy apartment welcomes you with a bright living room, where a comfortable sofa and a TV invite you to relax. The dining area, with a table for four and the option to add two more chairs, is perfect for sharing meals together. The bright gallery with a washing machine makes it easy to keep everything in order during your stay.

The kitchen, although compact, is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need for your culinary adventures.

At the end of the hallway, you will find the main bedroom, a bright retreat thanks to its typical Barcelona-style balcony.
The two interior bedrooms offer ample space and tranquility, perfect for resting after a long day.

The bathroom features a practical shower and includes a hairdryer, ensuring you have everything you need for your comfort.

Note: The hot water system is designed for comfortable and sustainable use.
In large groups, as is common in many homes, it may be advisable to organize showers in turns to ensure hot water for everyone.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator.

We will be available for any questions before and during your stay, whether by phone or message. We want you to feel at home.

The Eixample perfectly combines elegance, urban life, and comfort. Surrounded by wide tree-lined avenues and iconic modernist architecture, it is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Barcelona.

Just a few minutes on foot, you'll find landmarks such as Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, as well as the prestigious Passeig de Gràcia, known for its exclusive boutiques and vibrant cultural offerings.

The area also stands out for its excellent culinary scene. Nearby, you can enjoy places like Via Dei Mille, ideal for high-quality Italian cuisine, Pikako, offering a modern and relaxed approach, or Gaudim Restaurant, a benchmark of Mediterranean cuisine.

Additionally, it has all kinds of services just meters away: supermarkets, bakeries, schools, and excellent public transport connections, ensuring a comfortable and practical life in the heart of the city.

From the apartment, you can easily reach Verdaguer metro station (lines L4 and L5) in about a 5‑minute walk.

There are also several bus lines with stops close by — including 33, 34, B24, D50, and H10 — making it easy to get around the whole city using public transport.

Check‑in is available from 3:00 PM, always subject to availability and prior confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate you if you need a different time.

To make you feel at home from the very first moment, you will find a basic welcome kit with shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag.
If during your stay you need extra cleaning or a change of bed linen, just let us know and we will organize it for a small additional charge.

We want to keep the apartment in the best condition for everyone, so smoking is not allowed inside. If any smoke smell or residue (ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) is detected, a minimum charge of €200 will be applied.

For stays longer than 30 nights, we include responsible use of utilities with a €80 limit, designed to keep consumption balanced.

Extras available during your stay:

Additional keys: €20 (subject to availability, also in case of loss or door opening)
Extra cleaning with change of bed linen: same cost as the standard cleaning
Additional linens: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, for example if the sofa bed is used)
