GUIDO - Apartment in Pueblo del Parque

Apartment located near La Paloma Park with beautiful sea views.



The apartment is located in a quiet urbanization called "Pueblo del Parque" inspired by the Andalusian village, located in the center of Benalmadena, about 15 minutes walking from the beach.



It has two rooms, one with two single beds (with air conditioning), the second with a double bed and access to the terrace, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room where we find a sofa (the living room has air conditioning), and a pleasant and sunny terrace with views.



The floor has beautiful views, gardens, and spacious pools, from its terrace you can observe the beauty of the Paloma park.



They will have access to the pool and barbecue area of the residential complex.



It is important to highlight that the building block of this accommodation does not have an elevator, the floor is located on a second floor.



The pool will be open from May 1st to October 1st.



The check-in time is from 3 PM to 8 PM, if your arrival is outside of this time, please consult your late check-in options in advance.



It is prohibited to smoke inside the accommodation, in case of non-compliance with this rule a sanction of 100€ may be applied.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.



According to the Provision of the Junta de Andalucía published on Monday, October 30, 2023 - BOJA number 208, please note that the pool in your apartment may undergo modifications in schedule or use during this entire period. If you have any doubts, please consult with our company.
