This historic property is located in the charming little village of Sandhult, at the northern end of a mirror-like lake. Here, where iron ore was once mined, time seems to stand still. In Sandhult, you have the opportunity to create memories in an authentic environment reminiscent of a small Bullerby.
The well-planned first floor invites you to socialize, with an inviting sofa corner for board games and a dining room with beautiful lake views. The bedrooms offer windows facing both the lake and the meadow, and the quiet atmosphere of the house creates a perfect environment for relaxation without the distractions of television.
The partially listed property has its own sandy beach where you can enjoy summer days. Outside the garage is a cozy seating area with cushions, perfect for watching the sunset over the lake.
The area around Sandhult invites you to enjoy activities all year round. Take a 6-kilometer bike ride around the lake, explore the large forest behind the beach, or discover local hidden gems. The shallow sandy beach is perfect for swimming and water activities such as paddling and fishing.

A fantastic area, with a beautiful forest and lake...
A fantastic area, with a beautiful forest and lake, and a very pleasant walk along the lake to the local supermarket, which also has a playground with a swing, a climbing frame, and a slide. The house is super cozy, and it’s great that there’s both a canoe and a rowboat, as well as the garage. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
