Welcome to this amazing apartment for 4 people in Cala Sant Vicenç, just ideal for those people whoe are picturesque beaches lovers.
This modern apartment, located on a first floor, itself features a charming equipped terrace where you can enjoy of breathtaking mountain views whilst you have a tasty breakfast or simply a glass of wine in the evening. Even though, best of all is that if you want to spend a day at one of the most fascinating coves of the island, with crystal-clear waters, you just need to walk a few feet, since the beach is only 110 meters far away.

Indoors, there is a pleasant living-dining room which turns into the perfect place to relax oneself reading a book, watching satellite TV or just resting a little bit. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary to cook such as an induction cooker, an oven and much more. The laundry is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To have some rest, there are two bedrooms with two individual beds and one wardrobe in each of them. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair. Regarding to the bathrooms, there are two with shower, serving all the house. The property also has air conditioner in the living-dining room and in the dormitories.

The familiar, peaceful and coastal residential area of Cala Sant Vicenç is just perfect for those people who are looking for the beach, mountains and peace at once. Its stunning and paradisaical coves such as Cala Molins, Cala Barques, Cala Carbó and Cala Clara will make you amazed. In Cala Sant Vicenç you will find a little supermarket and some restaurants. For major purchases, we suggest you going to Pollença or Puerto Pollença, which both cities are at only 15 minutes away by car. Pollença village is one the most delightful and picturesque town of the island.

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at this property. The location is 3 minutes from the beach and the restaurants there which was perfect. The apartment is well laid out and has plenty of space. We spent a lot of time on the terrace working or just relaxing. We're giving 4 stars for our stay as the cleanliness was not great and there were a number of little things that let it down: - No dish soap in the kitchen - Really dirty utensils (the grater was covered in dried onion and brown marks and the coffee machine hadn't been cleared out) - 1 loo roll in the main bathroom other than a half used one that sat on top of a loo brush so had yellow stains at the bottom of it - Red stains on the duvet that had no cover - Hairs on the sheets I'd also say that the smell from the restaurant mentioned by other guests wasn't a massive problem for us, just the occasional slightly eggy smell that would drift through.

Die Ferienwohnung ist für eine Familie mit vier Personen gut geeignet, schön eingerichtet und war auch bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Ein kleines zweites Bad und eine Waschmaschine waren für uns hervorragend. Die Lage in Cala Sant Vincenc gleich in Strandnähe in einer wunderschönen Gegend ist bemerkenswert. Die Nähe zu einem Restaurant im gleichen Haus hat uns nicht gestört. Ich halte die Wohnung deshalb für empfehlenswert. Allerdings merkt man an verschiedenen Stellen, dass Sie in die Jahre kommt. Durch salzhaltige Seeluft sind viele Metallteile korrodiert, Spiegel blättern am Rand deutlich ab und manche Fenster haben sich gesenkt, sodass sie nur schwer zu öffnen sind. Das hat für uns den Gesamteindruck kaum geschmälert, stört aber sicher manche Besucher. Der Anmelde- und Login-Vorgang über das Internetportal eines spanischen Dienstleisters war im Vorfeld nervig und hat Zeit und Rätselraten gekostet, waren aber am Ende erfolgreich.

Die Lage ist perfekt

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand innerhalb von nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Im Untergeschoss des Hauses befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches man allerdings auf der Terrasse stark riechen und hören konnte. Die Unterkunft war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein negativer Punkt war allerdings der starke Geruch, der aus einem der Badezimmer kam, weswegen wir zeitweise auf das zweite Badezimmer, das an der Terrasse angeschlossen ist, ausweichen mussten. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und für vier Personen super geeignet, die Klimaanlagen haben wunderbar funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach und schnell.

Die Wohnung Cala Clara ist für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca sehr gut geeignet. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe verschiedene Strände zu entdecken. Das Restaurant Windsurf direkt unten ist hervorragend und ist eine Bereicherung für den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigt haben, die Betten sind bequem und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist hell, gut ausgestattet und recht geräumig für 4 Personen. Ein paar Hinweise zur Wohnung (die Waschmaschine haben wir erst am letzten Tag "entdeckt") und zur Umgebung wären allerdings schön gewesen. Der Vermieter ist eine zentrale Agentur aus Palma, somit kein persönlicher Kontakt Vorort. Der Balkon mit schönem Bergblick ist gleichzeitig der Wohnungszugang mit anschliessender gemeinschaftlicher Treppe und dadurch eingeschränkter Privatheit. Der Ort ist angenehm klein und ruhig, die beiden unterschiedlichen (Sand- und Stein-) Badebuchten sind schön und schnell zu erreichen.

nice apartment in Cala Sant Vincenc

"Our family (two adults + two children) rented this nice apartment in Cala Sant Vincenc. It was clean, new, and located very close to the town's terrific selection of small beaches. The apartment definitely fulfilled our needs, however it would have been nice to know that the front terrace is separated by that of the next-door restaurant by only a staircase of a few steps and that the back terrace is closed to all four sides. The communication from our hosts was swift and professional. All-in-all a good experience."
