Our house is located in A Balsa, just 2 km from Triacastela and only 100 metres from the Camino Francés. It is an ideal retreat for pilgrims, hikers, nature lovers, and anyone looking to experience the peaceful side of Galicia.

Step outside and discover beautiful hiking trails through the stunning Galician mountains. Casa de la Mama is also perfectly situated for day trips to O Cebreiro, the Ribeira Sacra wine region, the Roman city of Lugo, Santiago de Compostela, and the Atlantic coast, including A Coruña.

We have lovingly renovated and designed the interior to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay from the moment you arrive. We will continue to enhance the outdoor areas step by step, creating even more spaces to relax and enjoy.
