Fully Equipped Kitchen: The independent induction kitchen is completely equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and everything necessary in utensils and crockery to prepare delicious meals.





Climate Control: Enjoy central heating and air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms for your maximum comfort throughout the year.





Outdoor Spaces: The property features a beautiful 905 m² garden with garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace and barbecue ideal for enjoying with family or friends.
