Aduke Villa is a gorgeous 2 story red-brick home located in an estblshed neigbourhood of Cypress.The layout features an open concept kitchen with granite tops/formal dinning/living but each architecturally separated thus making it suitable for families, groups and business travelers. A full dedicated office room with a French door add more to its traditional appeal. The huge backyard is perfect tor grills and barbecue. Why not seat at the Koi pond and wind down! There are three covered garage space and the driveway can still hold 3 more cars. This 10.0k lot/sq.ft house has it all !

Home away from home!

Perfect!!

A beautiful home and big enough for me,my husband and five children.We love the Koi pond in the backyard and the neighborhood is so peaceful.The location is not far from resturants and stores.

Absolutely Exquisite!!!

The appearance of the home was spot on. The owner Marian was very attentive, kind, caring, and understanding. The home was clean and offered everything you could possibly want in a rental home. I have rented several homes from Home Away, and this was one of the best!! Thanks again Marian for making my sisters’ wedding experience exceptional!!

Keep looking

Nice home with great potential. Owners are in the process of "moving" so there is typical moving trash by fence. Also had issues with the house cooling that was never addressed like the owner said it would be. During our stay we also had to entertain listing agents and potential buyers because the owner/host didnt bother to let them know the house was rented for the weekend. The ac might not be a major issue if the host wouldve been able to communicate with us about the 1967 ac thermostat that they use

Beautiful spacious home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood

We were in Houston attending the Herbalife Extravaganza at NRG Stadium. The home was further away than we would have liked, but the home and neighborhood did not disappoint. Would highly recommend Aduke Villa. Marian made sure we had everything we needed and was very prompt with communication. Thank you Marian!

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Quiet and comfortable.

We loved the decor, beautiful wood floors, gorgeous kitchen, very comfortable beds, and most of all the cleanliness. Perfect for a family (we had 4 adults and a 2-year-old). The backyard has a tranquil pond with goldfish. Beautiful yard and a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. The owner was very helpful, easy to work with, and answered our questions right away. We will definitely stay here again for our next family reunion. Thank you!

Perfect!!

Marian was wonderful! She made sure that all rooms had TV's in them prior to our arrival. She also made sure that we did not need anything. The house is beautiful & it is in an great location! We will definitely be staying here when we visit Houston again!! Everything was exceptional!!
