This is a luxury 4 Bedroom home on 3 levels. 4 Queen size beds plus one Queen pull out couch for 2 people extra.

The main floor has a living room with a Smart TV, a dining room, full size fully equiped kitchen and a private deck. The private deck has new lounge furniture with Bluetooth LED speaker.

Each bedroom has a new queen size bed and mattress with classical marble top furniture. There are 1.5 bathrooms.

Experience the city in a very typical Montreal grey stone townhouse located in CENTRAL DOWNTOWN. Ideal if you are looking for fun on the town.

Family time

The location was awesome - 2 blocks from St Catherines St - close to all the action but very quiet while at the house. the heat wave was on while we were there and the a/c did a very good job of keeping the house cool. We really enjoyed the private deck for hanging out. The property manager was very quick to respond with any questions or requests.

Not updated, good location

House is well located and furnished. It’s decently clean but the Bath is broken, and shower smells. We forgot leather belts and designer jeans and reached out 3 days after check out and our items were thrown in the garbage. Disappointed by management.

Clean and quiet location

This place was perfect for my family to stay in Montreal for a few days. We could easily walk or uber anywhere in the city. Rob was very responsive to any questions we had. The place looks just like the pictures (with the exception of the bathtub which was out of order). The beds are very comfortable and the house is at a quiet location so we all sleep soundly after long days of walking around. The kitchen is easy to cook in and we enjoyed dinner outside on the patio.

Great place in great location

We had a great stay at this rental. We really enjoyed spending time on the patio and the location was perfect for exploring Montreal. Parking garage was nearby and good for small/medium-sized cars (we had a Ford Explorer and had to park in a certain area because clearance was limited). Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful townhouse in an excellent location

What is they say in real estate? Location, location, location. First, the actual townhouse is terrific. Recently updated and well furnished, it's an excellent choice. Felt right at home and very comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better physical location from which to see Montreal. Walking distance to various stores and restaurants, as well as the subway to see the rest of the city. Finally, the owner Rob was very communicative and made sure to check-in. Appreciate it Rob! Highly recommend this property.

Amazing location !!!!

this property was on the corner of a nice quiet street with perfect parking and free on weekends!!! It was walking distance to Cresent Street where everything is. The beds were so comfortable and house was plenty big enough for 10 people! would stay again for sure next time in town!

Great location, great host, very clean, beds new and very comfortable.

Rob gets it right. Great customer service. Thanks Rob we will be back. Parking limited but this is Montreal and the property is easy walk to everywhere you need to go downtown. Find a parking garage and park your car. You will not likely need it again.

This is an historic DOWNTOWN townhouse that has been modernized from top to bottom, it is just steps to the underground subway, Saint-Catherine street and Crescent street.

A fully equipped kitchen is available that includes a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster-oven and all the cooking and serving amenities you need to cook your own meals.

All linens, towels, hair dryer, soaps are provided as well as a washing machine and dryer.

A flat screen TV with Wi-Fi integration is provided.
