Come visit and enjoy our Gulf facing condo with penthouse-views of the white sand beach and turquoise waves of the Gulf of Mexico. This corner condo is on the top floor and is one of the largest units in the complex; with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and gorgeous balcony view overlooking the gulf and beach. The bedrooms, living room and balcony all have great views of the Gulf as well as the sand beaches. The condo can easily sleep 8 and lulls occupants to sleep with the relaxing sound of the ocean’s gentle waves.

The condo provides direct beach access-- a private path goes straight from the lobby to the beach. Occupants also have access to the complexes’ shaded patio with tables, chairs, wooden swings, the charcoal grills and the pool, so you can truly enjoy the outdoors. This property is located within the heart of the Gulf Shores and is within walking distance of multiple public beaches, the state park pier, the popular family club The Hangout (which features live music and activities for all ages), arcades, amusement parks, as well as many restaurants and shops.

The Gulf Shores has plenty of activities for everyone from ocean & beach activities, nearby amusement parks, dolphin and whale spotting tours. The beach features many opportunities to experience thrilling ocean activities such as hang gliding, scuba diving, and etc. There are many nature trails (for walking and biking) freshwater and saltwater (State Park Pier, beach or charters) fishing opportunities, beach volleyball set-ups, and more. There’s also a wonderful public zoo that allows animal encounters where you are able to pet and play with exotic animals such as kangaroos.

Guest has access to the Condo, all common areas of the complex and one parking pass ( second parking pass can be purchased during off-peak season)

This property is very close to the beach. I messaged the host upon arrival with a few minor items so he would be aware of them for security deposit purposes. I did not receive a response. The property is older and could use a little TLC (rugs washed, new deck furniture, a good kitchen scrubbing) but it worked for us for a November “getaway”.

The condo was very clean and the location could not have been better! My only real complaint about the stay was that we were only allowed one parking spot for a condo that slept 10 guests. We had to park our second vehicle a mile away and had a 90 charge for that. Had I’d known this ahead of time, I likely would’ve done something different. So I just want others to be aware of this. We did have a great stay!!

Perfect place!

Our stay was amazing and was the perfect place to sleep a lot of people! There was enough space for sleep everyone comfortable and the views were AMAZING! The only issue was that an older woman yelled and cursed at us randomly which was scary but other than that instance I would definitely recommend! The actual condo I amazing.

Great location

We had a great time, taking a short break from snow and ice in Indiana. It was winter off season, so the weather was mild, and it was pretty sleepy. But that is more our style. Most restaurants and shops are still open, but not crowded. During warmer months, this would be a great place to stay for anyone wanting a beachfront location, or like us, just a relaxing break from low winter temperatures for a few days.

My wife and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary with a couple of friends who’s 10 year anniversary is later this month. We chose to stay at this condo because of its location. My wife and I enjoy fishing and golfing. We were only 3-5 minutes from the pier, and 15 minutes from a couple of really nice golf courses. Meanwhile, our friends would rather just enjoy the beach, so they just walked out behind our condo and relaxed on the beach. There are several good eating and shopping opportunities within walking distance, as well as the Hangout. Added perk of the location is sitting on the condo balcony early in the morning, enjoying a cup of coffee, while looking at and listening to the Gulf.We would recommend this condo to anyone going to Gulf Shores, and we would definitely stay here again.

Adequate condo

Over all the condo provided a comfortable stay for the 3 adults one teen and one child in our group. The parking was ample, but we didn't get our parking pass until Monday (we arrived on Saturday). The owner was easy to reach by phone and successfully resolved the issue.The elevator went out for a few hours one of the days, which was very inconvenient since we were staying on the 6th floor. The trundle bed mattress was stained with what looked like urine stains but the other beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and in good condition but it would have been nice to have a bathroom near the pool or somewhere on the ground level . It was very nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Also the beach equipment was very adequate. The balcony was small but the chairs were comfortable and the view was superb. Loved having our morning coffee out on the balcony. There were plenty of restaurants in the area within walking distance which was very convenient. We would stay in this condo again.

There was a snafu with our reservations because I got Covid and Brian was wonderful about changing them for us so we could still go! We loved it here! The room was exactly as described and had a beautiful view. It was perfect for me my mother in law and my sisters! We had a wonderful girls weekend!

The condo is in a perfect place. It is close to the main souvenir shops. My favorite restaurants. Very up dated and very clean. And the management is wonderful . Have stayed there now in the last three years four times.
