You will LoVe our beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the heart of historic Butchertown! It is one of four apartments in our recently renovated 3-story brownstone building on Story Ave... circa 1938!

The apartment boasts...

-Beautifully restored hardwood floors throughout.
- Large bay window looking out over Story Ave... allowing ToNs of natural sunlight to pour into the apartment
- 65-inch smart tv 📺 hung in main living room
-Modern kitchen with black granite counter tops and white subway tile backsplash
-Stainless steel appliances.
-2 extra large bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a queen bed. The bedrooms are located upstairs on the third floor, away from the kitchen and living room to allow for privacy.
-2 Full baths - one with a rain shower; other with a charming antique claw bathtub/shower.
- Washer and dryer located upstairs next to bedrooms.
-Outdoor living space with dining table, 2 grills, brick fire pit for cozy nights by the fire and green space for you and your furry friends to enjoy!

The location of our apartment is SUPER! It's within walking distance to the NULU restaurants, craft beer pubs, distilleries, galleries and boutiques. It has quick and easy access to the major interstates, downtown Louisville, KFC Yum! Center, Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, the Kentucky Exposition Center, Waterfront Park, the new botanical gardens and the new soccer stadium! It is within 5-10 minutes to the downtown hospitals and medical centers! Also easy access to bike paths along the Ohio river- BIKES provided on property for your enjoyment!

Fantastic 4 months stay at this property. It was clean, tidy, really spacious and comfortable plus its also in a lovely location. Highly recommend this host. I will definitely be staying at their properties on future business trips here. 5 stars *****

Neat refurbished Brownstone

This 2 story apt. was perfect for our family of 3 and small dog! Loved all the updates, and separate upstairs/downstairs. Apartment was clean. Urban area, that was handy to some activities we were doing. All the contemporary updates in unit are a nice blend with the old home. This was once one larger home, now split into 3 or 4 apartments. No noise, concerns with other renters. Only saw someone departing one morning. The furnishings are all in very good condition, and the beds are very comfortable. Linens are nice quality, including towels. Susan was very informative and easy to communicate with. Friendly hostess, she even provides coffee. We would stay here again if returning to Louisville and in need of pet friendly rental. Trish Barger

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

This apartment is beautiful! Well-appointed and conveniently located. We also loved having off-street parking. Everything was super clean, and we had plenty of fluffy towels, wash cloths, blankets and pillows. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. Most important, Susan was so responsive and attentive--she made sure that we had everything we needed so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful city of Louisville KY!!

AMAZING!

This place made me want to move to Louisville! I loved this apartment and didn't want to leave. It was an amazing location with many things to do and places to eat and drink well within walking distance. We were able to take an Uber anyplace we wanted to go as everything was so close it was super affordable to do so. The property owner is very nice and super responsive. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Cannot say a bad thing about it! If you are taking a trip to Louisville, I would highly recommend staying here.

Very clean

The apartment was very clean and very nice. You are staying on the second and the third floor, so make sure you can handle a lot of steps. Also, since the bedrooms are on the third floor, it is pretty warm when you sleep. Overall though, very nice space with a great outdoor patio.

I've never booked without reviews but Susan was so responsive I took a chance. And so glad I did! This place is beautiful and convenient to downtown and easy drive to the Expo where we had to go for an event. Great places within walking distance and perfect touches throughout the apt. Beautiful natural light throughout, perfectly restored, and great linens and beds. Susan contacted us about an item we left behind before we knew it was missing. We couldn't have asked for more and hope to return!

A Jewel in Louisville

Everything about this property is absolutely amazing! First, the owner is amazingly nice and very responsive. The apartment is well appointed with beautiful designer touches. Everything we needed was on the property and the neighborhood was fun, full of local eats, shopping, and activities. The location was just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to get a chance to stay again!

The area has recently had a resurgence and is known for its trendy restaurants, craft beer pubs, gallerie. KFC Yum! Center, The Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Waterfront Park, The BiG Four Bridge, Martket St and downtown Louisville are all approximately just 3 miles away. Trendy Franfort Ave lined with restaurants, bars and boutiques is out your front door! The new soccer stadium is right in our back door!
Take one of our bikes and enjoy a bike ride to any of these locations!
