What makes this House unique
The house is perfect for family and friends who want either room to spread out or an open room concept where you can be with everyone in the kitchen, dining room, and living room area. Again location is essential for the right house. You can walk to everything. Best of all if it's not a beach day you can enjoy the pool and hot tub in backyard!

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

No glass in or around pool or hot tub area. If glass is found in pool guest will be charged $500 for repairs.
Cargo lift is for luggage, cooler, and groceries ONLY. NEVER put people in cargo lift. Do not allow children to play around cargo lift
Bed linens are included from June 1st to August 31 rentals only. You can rent bath towels for $9.00 a set & bed linens for $11.00 per bed
