Detached detached house of 70 m² completely renovated in 2011. Land of 320 m² with courtyard and enclosed garden in a quiet area, lawn.
House with a closed kitchen, a 16 m² living room with a new convertible sofa, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + desk (possibility of offering 3 single beds on request), bathroom. Baby cot, baby bath and high chair available.
WIFI connection.
Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, DVD player, CD radio player, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
Covered terrace, BBQ, garden furniture, deckchairs. Bike garage.
