Property description: Cozy, serine, newly remodeled, fully furnished upstairs 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, and covered 10 x 30 deck with an amazing view of the Sugar Loaf Mountain and valley Easily accessible off of Beaver Valley Road, with paved driveway for year round access. Cable and internet included. Multiple homes and shared parking on this acreage. Tesla Charging available on request. (Bring your power cord and plug)

Area description: Less than 5 minute drive to the town of Plain Washington, which includes local amenities, such as cross-crounty skiing in the winter and farmers market in the spring/summer, local grocery store, hardware (clothing/household) store, and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes from Lake Wenatchee full of water activities in the summer (boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, horse back riding, golf) and skiing, sledding in the winter. Less than 25 minute drive to Steven's Pass for skiing, snow showing, mountain biking, and hiking. Twenty minute drive to Leavenworth for hiking, rafting, rock climbing, shopping, restaurants, Oktoberfest, Tree Lighting, and many other events.

Cozy, mountain retreat loaded with tranquility

My husband and I loved the intimate space for a winter visit to this magical area. We were so tired from a long day of travel and had the delightful surprise of a bottle of wine from our gracious hosts waiting for us when we arrived!!! The upstairs apartment was like a posh tree house and a welcome retreat after the crowds of people in Leavenworth. Once we settled into the comfy space, we didn't want to leave and spent most of the morning on Saturday relaxing and watching the huge snow flakes. One of the people we met said it's like "Living in a Snowglobe."

Charming and cozy get away in the mountains.

The Plain Guest House was a perfect spot to get away from the noise of the city and close enough to the action at Leavenworth's Octoberfest. The Guest House was very clean and stays well maintained. The deck has a beautiful view of the sunrise that goes wonderfuly with a cup of coffee.

Perfect couples hideaway

We really loved staying in Plain, WA just outside of Leavenworth. We came here for our anniversary and loved the accommodations! There is a huge back porch to enjoy your coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipt with everything to cook and enjoy staying in, or there are lots of really great restaurants in the vacinity. We hiked and did the zipline tour while we were there and it was a wonderful anniversary weekend! I would recomend this perfect flat for anyone wanting to enjoy some R&R!
