About this property

Lovely bay front townhome for rent located in Ocean City, Maryland

Two story town home with 3 bedrooms/3 full baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, a/c in each room, TV's with Wifi/cable in all bedrooms and living room. Two private decks off second floor master bedroom (bay front) and bedroom (street view) with cafe seating for two to enjoy morning coffee or evening beverage. First floor has living room with queen sleep sofa, full kitchen with dishwasher, full bath and bedroom with queen size bed. Open sliding doors to first floor patio that has seating for up to 9 people along with a fantastic bay front view and breeze! Dock can be used for fishing and kayaks are available for paddling over to dig for clams! One bike on site to pedal to the boardwalk/beach which is 1 mile from this location. Second floor is access by a spiral staircase that leads up to the master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, deck overlooking the bay. Second bedroom upstairs has a double bed with twin bunk, and private deck. Full bath off hall. Loft area between the two bedrooms provides foosBall to challenge friends and family.

Town home is smoke free and no pets are allowed. We provide linens for beds, towels but no maid service. Guests must strip beds prior to departure and wash all dishes, pots, glasses, etc.. There will be a fee charged for washing of any dishes, pots, glasses, etc. left unattended. Parking is provided for up two cars. An additional payment of 5% will be added to the reservation to cover the room tax that
is not paid by VRBO.

Hot tub and jet ski are off limits. Please do not sit on either one.

Amusements located within walking distance: Jolly Roger Park on 29th Street has water slides, zip lines, go carts, games, rides for all ages. Renaissance Castle Golf on 28th Street.

Restaurants galore: Fish Tales on 21st Street has playground for your little ones along with swinging chairs and great food. Blu Crab House/ Raw Bar on 23rd Street also has Golf. 28th Street Pit N Pub has HH specials at $6 each. Mothers Cantina on 28th Street for Mexican Food for great HH tacos. Happy Jack Pancake House on 25th Street in case you don't want to cook breakfast. OC Wasabi on 33rd Street for great Sushi!! These are just a few of our favorites.

Lovely location, close to the beach and every popular spot in town.Check-in was easy, however you get charged 30/hour for early check-in, if you don't want to check in at 4pm.

Dorrette was very prompt in responding to my inquiries and extremely responsive during our stay. The place is nice, clean, and well-equipped with almost everything we needed. The kitchen is very organized and spotless, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the free use of the kayak, which we used for clamming—it was such a great bonus!

We had a great stay. We especially loved using the kayaks and standup paddleboard. It was fun to sit in the yard or on the dock and watch the steady parade of boats go by. Very relaxing! Great location.

Best View in Ocean City

This place did not disappoint. The view was phenomenal. The check in and check out process was very easy. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was great. The kids enjoyed fishing off of the pier in the back of the house. I would stay here again any time!

Low key relaxing vacation!

We rented this comfortable home with my elderly parents and it was everything we needed and more. Easy 1st level bedroom and full bath and walk out access to dock for fishing, sunning and kayaking. Clean and inviting and quick correspondence with host. We would rent for sure again in the future!

Great place to stay

We had a great time. Everything was clean, the house was very homey. Very relaxing. The house was in a great location and the back yard was beautiful. It was stocked with fishing poles, kayaks and a grill. We had so much entertainment. I highly recommend this house.

Nice, safe neighborhood

The house was nice overall. Could use some touch ups such as the doors are all hard to close and lock and electrical was not working in all rooms. Overall perfect for family house close to beach and boardwalk. Had all amenities needed for a vacation home. We spent most our time fishing and it was all close driving distance.

The overall experience was good. We all enjoyed our stay and we would rent the place again.

The location was great as we could walk to the boardwalk and the beach. The hot tub wasn’t working nor was the boat lift so we were unable to kayak or enjoy the hot tub. The bathroom in the master bedroom could use some updating but other than that the house was great. The three full bathrooms made it very nice as each couple had their own bathroom.

Great mecca in the middle of Ocean City

Dorette's house has been home to our annual Summer Ocean City trip for the past 3 Summers. It's in a prime location, and perfectly separated from the mania of Ocean avenue. Tucked into the back of the neighborhood, it offers an unbeatable view over the bay, looking southwards. We honestly rarely leave the place. Complete with dock, kayaks, and canoes, you can easily just jump into the bay. The inside is spacious and always clean. The bedrooms are also all comfortable and we've never had any issues with any of the amenities. Definitely grab this spot if you can, might be the best option for the money you'll find around.

Great location

The house is located in a great location. Had great views of the bay. A few issues such has the master bathroom shower had a ton of lime and calcium build up that cause no water from the shower until we cleaned it, one bed room had no power for 12 hours - wish that was checked before we as renters came in and refrigerator took a while to get cold. I wish the grill was not a charcoal grill and it was a gas grill. The grill took for ever. I do wish communication was better via the messaging via the app. I still would stay here again if i was to come back to ocean city.
