“My family and I stayed here during Thanksgiving, and the space was more than enough for our needs. The location was perfect. Since it was the off-season, I can imagine parking might be tighter during peak times, but everything was great for our stay. The highlight was relaxing by the fireplace. We would love to stay here again in the summer and enjoy the convenience of being just a block from the beach for long, relaxing days. Overall, it was a wonderful long weekend with our family.”

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy. Very spacious condo and very close to the beach. Nice to have two parking spots but do note they are tight spaces and next to a wall.

This is our second year at Kevin’s place and we will definitely be back next year! The open living room is amazing, the proximity to the beach makes for easy back and forth access and everything is very clean.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect! The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The only suggestion we would make is to have a curtain for the balcony door. We felt like the guests across the street could see right in as we were enjoying our evenings in the main living space. Other than that, we highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting OCMD.

Great place!

Very clean and looks new. Kitchen with plenty of utensils and plates/bowls. Couch was huge and very comfy! Lots of things to do, access to tv, games, laundry.
