This house is in a well maintained private development with a gate. The house itself is at the end of the development’s internal road so with no passing traffic and well away from the public roads. All the rooms are big with a very large open plan lounge and dining area. The outside areas are well equipped. All the furnishings and fittings inside and out are very high quality as the owner lives in the house much of the time. Internet speeds are over 150Mbps combined. Everything worked as it should have done. There is no shortage of outdoor seating with two sun beds. The owner was very helpful and responsive to enquiries before and during our visit and had arranged someone living in the complex to greet us on arrival. This area of Benahavis is some way from the seafront and you need a car to stay here if you want to get out and about. The A7 coastal ‘motorway’, in reality a dual carriageway with many side roads with no slip road, is the only practical east west route and this gets very busy during the working day. There is a building site about 200m away from the house, For the first two weeks of our stay there was construction noise and for the second two weeks it was quiet. We enjoyed staying here and would certainly come again.

BEWARE! Although we enjoyed, the owner charged us extra for electricity, a hidden and sneaky charge!
The owner of this property waited until I had paid in full before letting me know that we would be rationed electricity. It was 30 degrees Celsius in August, the amount of electricity rationed turned out to equal around 8 hours of AC per day. I was told I could keep track of the meter myself but not to worry unless we abused the electricity (which we did not! We kept the AC on low during day and off most nights!). The owner deducted costs for extra electricity from my deposit, which I now have to waste my time disputing. THIS PROPERTY IS MISREPRESENTED IN ITS ADVERTISEMENT, so beware of this dishonest and hidden extra cost! And honestly, aside from that the property was perfect for my family and we enjoyed our stay (when I wasn’t fretting about the electricity, that is). The owner should be up front and honest, and for the money charged for the stay, she should NOT be asking renters to ration their electricity!

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at our house because you were not aware of the fact that excessive electricity usage was not allowed. There is a very clear mention of the electricity usage on the website of HomeAway under remarks and then indeed again in the contract (which is fully in line with the website). We have been renting the house for 6 years and have not had issues with electricity usage so far. The idea of the clause is to avoid excessive usage (eg aircon with windows open) and so far we only had few cases with very slightly usage above limit where we did not charge any additional cost. The amount that has been consumed by your family has been 4 times as much in 1 week as we had for other people over the last 6 years. Both day and night electricity usage showed extremely high. People staying in our other house during the same time and also with 3 children had 4 times less usage in the same weather conditions.

To all future people interested to rent one of our houses, I would like to point to the reviews we have for both of our houses (1089561 and 1416007) where there is no mention of this issue. We very much regret that you had an unpleasant holiday at our house and continue to do all we can to ensure that everyone truly enjoys their stay at our houses.
Check-in was very easy when we arrived at the house and we were able to start enjoying the villa straight away. The villa is located in a secure gated community that felt very safe and well maintained. The villa is exactly as described in the advert and was even better than expected, this is clearly their own holiday home and had all of the equipment you could want in your own home including a well-stocked kitchen, fantastic outdoor furniture including large sofa's on the front and rear patios, which made it stand out from the normal dull rental properties. You could see that they wanted us to enjoy the home as much as they do with their own family. A car is essential but nothing is too far away, a supermarket 5 minutes up the road and it was only 10-15 min drive into Puerto Banus and less for some of the beaches. Overall a great place to stay with lots of room for a family.
We really enjoyed the two weeks in the house. Everything was well prepared, the rooms nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot.

Spacious comfortable family home
We spent 2 lovely weeks at this quiet family home. It was very well equipped with everything you need, air con, washing machine, dishwasher etc. which we made use of every day! Anne was very helpful when booking and everything went very smoothly when arriving. It was a great base to visit all our favourite places, Benahavis has some great restaurants our favourite being Los Abanicos. A car is recommended. We had amazing weather and spent lots of time around the pool which was very safe for our daughter (12 years old), not forgetting the lovely garden with sunbeds and sofas. Very homely, relaxed place to stay. Would love to visit again. Thanks Anne x

Beautiful villa in the perfect family location
We stayed at Anne's villa for two weeks this summer and had the most fantastic family holiday. The villa is spacious and well kept and the garden / terrace area is perfect for enjoying the gorgeous weather. We felt very safe with our three children and the complex was perfect for us. Anne was very amenable and would answer any questions we had swiflty, she also kept in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Goed verzorgde woning, mooie omgeving.
Goed verzorgde woning met gemeenschappelijk zwembad. We hebben erg genoten van de mooie tuin en alle gemakken van het huis. Rustig gelegen maar toch dichtbij Estelona en Marbella. Zeker een aanrader!

ideale mix van rust, super weer en golf
Townhouse ligt in een condominium met een dertigtal andere huizen, prachtige tuin en een zwembad. Zeer rustige setting (wij waren er bijna alleen!)
Huis is voorzien van alle comfort (zelfs Vlaamse tv voor de "homesick") en ligt
zeer dichtbij 2 supergolfcourses (Atalaya en Paraiso). Wij hebben er in ieder geval van genoten.

Toller Urlaub in Andalusien
Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.
Das Haus und die Anlage hielten was die Fotos versprachen. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt sowie geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Verwalter ist in der Anlage wohnhaft, die Übergabe hat gut geklappt. Einen Urlaub in dem Haus können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war von Beginn an sehr angenehm.
Von Vorteil ist, wenn man der englischen Sprache mächtig ist, da in der Region außer spanisch fast nur Englisch gesprochen wird.

top bestemming!
Verzorgde en gezellige vertrekken in een prachtig kader,
de tuin en zwembad hebben meer weg van een oase dan iets anders en je kan er zeker en vast volop genieten!
Hiernaast een toplocatie, ideaal gelegen; of je nu geniet van een partijtje golf, graag even gaat kuieren in de nabijgelegen dorpjes, of liever gaat shoppen of de bloemetjes buiten zet in Marbella, alles is mogelijk!

Rustig, zeer gezellige en comfortabele villa
Een zeer leuke en grote villa die heel rustig is gelegen en die beschikt over veel mogelijkheden. De bereikbaarheid naar supermarkten, winkels, sportcentra's, golfterreinen en dergelijke zijn heel dichtbij. Je geniet van een zwembad en een tuin waarin je kan ontspannen. Kortom een echte aanrader voor alle vakantiegangers met een prima locatie.

Ontspannend zonnig verblijf in december
Met een aantal vriendinnen hebben we besloten om er even tussen uit te trekken tijdens de donkere december dagen.
Overdag konden we in de zalige zon blijven liggen in de prachtig onderhoude/rustgevende tuin van het ressort.
Het zwembad was fris maar dit neemt niet weg dat we ten volle konden genieten van een rustig/zonnig lang weekend om de winter in België door te kunnen komen. Het open ruime huis met 3 mooie kamers en zeer confortabele bedden is mooi afgewerkt en biedt voldoende privacy.
Een aanrader!
Op 45 minuten van de luchthaven is dit huis zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken.

In een woord: Fantastisch!
De woning voldoet in alle facetten zonder meer aan de gegeven omschrijving.
De woning is gesitueerd in een rustige omgeving binnen een omheind terrein. Het geheel ziet er goed verzorgd uit en wordt dagelijks onderhouden. De woningen zijn aangelegd rondom een zeer fraai aangelegde ruime gemeenschappelijke tuin met een groot zwembad. Het verblijf bij de woning in combinatie met het weer is dan ook zeer aangenaam.
Wij werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen door de op dat moment aanwezige eigenaar. De woning was bij aankomst grondig schoongemaakt.
De locatie van de woning biedt een goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar de omgeving. Vermeldenswaard zijn daarbij onder meer: Ronda, Puerto Banus, Casares, Lakes Ardales en Zahara.
In de nabijheid van de woning is gevestigd het restaurant Ramos, prijs / kwaliteit is uitstekend.
De woning is zonder meer een aanrader voor een onbezorgde heerlijke vakantie. Wij zouden zonder meer voor een volgende vakantie deze woning reserveren.

Ideale ruime woning om uw vakantie door te brengen

rustige, comfortabele woning dichtbij Puerto Banus
Zeer ruim en rustig gelegen hoekhuis met groot zonneterras aan doodlopende weg ! Geen auto's.
Prachtig verzorgde tuin, dichtbij zwembad, maar toch ver genoeg om geen lawaai van spelende kinderen te hebben.
Zeer comfortabel en proper ingericht. We voelden ons direct "thuis".
Dichtbij grootwarenhuis,golf, strand (puro beach), resto's,Puerto Banus, Marbella en estepona.
Oud marbella, Puerto Banus , benahavis en het oude Ronda zijn prachtige uitstapmogelijkheden.
Een auto is noodakelijk
Aanrader voor wie rust en kalmte wilt in een mooi onderhouden kader. En toch maar 5 min verwijderd van shopping en high-live.
Het dorpje benahavis is hogerop gelegen en is een mooi wit dorpje met tal van gastronomische restaurants.
Er zijn tal van mooie bergwandelingen te doen met de authentieke resto's.
Een aanrader !!!!
