Large family house, practical and spacious. Ideal for a holiday with friends or family.
This detached villa is situated in a private domain, in the L'Esterel massif, at the end of a dead end street with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is built on two levels, with on the ground floor a living room, a dining room, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The dining room and kitchen have access to a large terrace. On the same floor there is also a room with two beds, a bathroom with bathtub and one separate toilet. In the lower floor there are three bedrooms (one with two bunk beds), two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The rooms overlook the terrace and the swimming pool.
The villa has been completely renovated (2014), furnished and equipped for 10 people. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and small appliances. There is Wifi, Hifi, video, television, air conditioning, ...
Sheets and towels are provided on request and for a fee.

Located 5 minutes from the beach of Agay, shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets), the local market and other entertainment. Possibilities for excursions on foot or by mountain bike, starting from the house or themed tours organized by Office du tourisme Agay and of course a wide choice of water sports (sailing school, jet skiing, water skiing, fishing, diving and snorkeling, ...). For golf lovers: golf club of Valescure at 10 minutes.
Aqay is 10 minutes from Saint-Raphaël and a large department store (LECLERC). Accessible by train or car, Agay offers a wide choice of excursions and cultural destinations such as (Arènes de Fréjus ...), cities (Saint-Tropez - 38 km, Cannes - 40 km, Nice, etc.), charming villages (Vence, Tourettes sur Loup, Seillan) without forgetting the activities for children (Aqualand, Marineland, Zoo of Fréjus, ...).

N heerlijke, ontspannende gezinsvakantie ( 9 personen) in n prachtige comfortabele, smaakvolle woning.

Tolle Lage/ Aussicht
Ein tolles Haus an super Lage. Könnte etwas mehr Pflege vertragen!! Pool war schmutzig und wurde erst ein Tag vor unserer Abreise gereinigt. Schade!! Die separat zu bezahlende Bettwäsche besteht aus Kissenbezügen und Leinentücher (keine Duvetbezüge??!!)
Aber wir haben es trotzdem sehr genossen....=)

Bonjour,
Nous sommes désolés que vous ne nous ayez pas contacté pendant votre séjour. La piscine est en effet entièrement nettoyée le vendredi (ou tôt le samedi matin) et la qualité de l'eau testée afin que la piscine soit en ordre à votre arrivée. Philippe me confirme qu'il a plu la journée/nuit avant votre arrivée, cela expliquerait pourquoi le volait du dessus était sale et peut-être quelques feuilles dans l'eau. Si vous nous l'aviez signalé, nous aurions pu intervenir.
Quant aux draps, le centre de location ne loue pas de draps couette, seulement des draps réguliers. Comme les couettes ne sont pas utilisées en été, nous ne pensions pas que cela pose un problème.

Great week in Agay
Our family of 5 stayed a week in villa Rocalric in August 2019. The house suited us perfect, Cleanliness, WiFi and Air-con were top notch. A really calm neighbourhood and a splendid view. A little miscommunication clouded our check-in but as soon as we got hold of the house-keeper the stay went smooth. Definitely recommended.

Prachtige villa met een fantastisch zicht over de Middellandse zee. De villa is tiptop afgewerkt. De grote terras met het nieuwe zwembad is een echte meerwaarde.
