This charming apartment overlooking the canal is located in Mercy Foundation, a few steps from the Jewish Ghetto and in a very 'Venetian', easily accessible and convenient to discover the wonderful Venice. Located on the second floor without a lift, it has high ceilings nearly five meters, with the fine fillers positioned in the large living room where a sofa bed can accommodate two extra persons, bedroom for two overlooking the canal, bathroom, kitchen. The apartment also has air conditioning recently installed, excellent during the hot summer days.

There are no extra costs for linens and towels (included).

For late arrivals, after 19 we charge an extra amount of EUR 20

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier agréable

L'appartement est très bien placé, à Cannaregio, un peu à l'écart des plus grandes routes touristiques. Il est beau, avec des bas-reliefs et une immense hauteur sous plafond, mais sommairement meublé. Il y a un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée, donc un peu de bruit dans la chambre (qui est sur rue). Nous avons eu un problème de chauffage et les gérants sont intervenus très rapidement. Très bon contact. Bref : je recommande
