SPACE, LOCATION AND LUXURY. Our fine 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom condo at Emerald Lodge is the perfect starting point for any Steamboat vacation. Just 2 blocks from the Gondola and served by a private winter shuttle, you have everything on your doorstep for a simply great vacation.

Professionally decorated in a welcoming mountain lodge style you'll find a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite breakfast bar ideal for entertaining large groups, quality stainless steel appliances, a 4-burner gas cook-top stove and luxurious wood cabinetry. There's also a granite drinks bar with wine cooler in the dining area and the spacious living area allows your party to relax in comfort whilst basking in the glow of the feature gas log fireplace. This exquisite end unit enjoys a light and sunny aspect with views towards the Yampa Valley from the living area and sun drenched private balcony.

There are Mountain views from some of the bedrooms giving you the complete package! 4 of the 5 bedrooms have luxurious ensuite bathrooms with tub and/or shower and a jetted tub and double shower in the master bathroom. There is also a 5th bathroom next to the 5th bedroom. All bathrooms are stocked with plush luxury towels and bath products.

As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, this lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 10 hot tubs and a sauna.

This condo is very spacious with a floor area of 2431 square feet (including balcony) and has a maximum occupancy of 12 people. If you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or indeed anywhere within Steamboat City limits. Please contact us to see what other units we have available!

We had 2 families share a beautiful unit. It was a terrific location with easy access to the mountain. The property was spotless and very well stocked. The owners met us at the unit very late the evening we arrived so we didn't have to hassle with checking in at the desk. We would definetly recommend this company to a friend--

Not Worth The Money

A group of six friends stayed here for our annual ski trip. Location was good with a quick ride to the base area and reasonable walk home through the paths at the end of the day. The rental has the potential to be very nice but kitchen was poorly furnished and cleanliness was poor. List of issues: bedroom off the kitchen smelled like throw up. They tried to mask it with spray but that made it worse. Used one night and then not for the rest of our stay. Toaster broken on one side. Coffee pot chipped and a general POS. Washing machine broken. No one wants to waste time getting issues addressed on their vacation. For what we paid we expected the place to be clean and well stocked. There are too many other options in Steamboat where we’ve stayed and not had any of these nitpicky issues.

Excellent location and a great layout for family and friends.

We all enjoyed our stay at this rental. The beds are comfy and there is a nice separation between the bedrooms and gathering spaces. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and spend time together. I would suggest adding baggies/tin foil or glad wrap. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful. Thank you! Lynne

Yearly Out West Ski Getaway

Every year we go away skiing with another family to a ski destination in the West. This year was Steamboat. I cannot tell you how perfect it was to be there for BPM (Big Powder Monday) but the vacation was already off to a great start before mother nature kicked in her two cents. The condo we stayed in at Emerald Lodge was first class. Simply Steamboat was very helpful in our selection of units, providing us with great information about amenities and which unit would suit our needs best. They were spot on – this 5 bedroom unit was perfect for our 9 member, 2 family party! The furnishings were lux and we had ample room for family dinners and different après ski activities. The space was ideally layed out for 2 family’s with a foyer area perfect for skiers and all of the “stuff” that comes with it. The granite kitchen could not have been more complete and the top-of-the-line stainless appliances were awesome. The outdoor area with the two hot tubs and pool were never crowded and could always accommodate our crew. The staff were friendly, responsive and service oriented and met us at the unit to explain all of the unit-workings – John even helped us with all our luggage! It was very convenient to have shuttles to the mountain as well as the on-demand shuttles to downtown. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in a really nice condo on their ski vacation!

Great for Groups

Several college friends from 35 years ago have been skiing every year for 20 years. We have 7 to 8 skiiers and are always looking for a large unit that allows for group get togethers. We found it here. We were met at the door by 2 valets who helped us with our luggage and answered questions. Quick and prompt shuttle service was available to the ski area and restaurants. The accomdations were first class and the space was very comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Best Accomodations Ever.

We spent Christmas 2009 here with our family and it was fantastic. Spacious, beautiful, convenient, and very clean. The service was impeccable. They met us at our van and unloaded all our belongings. Wow, what service! I would recommend this to anyone who likes luxury, service, and needs plenty of space. They even had Christmas decorations and a beautiful tree up when we arrived. The shuttle was always on time, and made skiing most pleasurable and easy. Anyone would love staying here.

Fantastic condo!!

This condo was amazing! I have been coming to Steamboat for years and this was by far the best place I have stayed. The pictures on the posting seemed too good to be true, but the condo is exactly as it appears - absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for our group of 5 adults, but would also work very well for families. The condo was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and simply wonderful. Access to the mountain was convenient with the on-call shuttle. Paul and Louise are fantastic. I highly recommend it!

Fabulous condo. Exceeded all expectations. Nicer than any hotel you will find. Simply Steamboat, the management company, was fabulous to work with and greatly enhanced the comfort and convenience of our trip. We plan to try to go back.
