Absolutely no cooking of odorous ingredients is allowed such as fish, fish oil, oyster sauce or curry. Any grease is not to be poured down the drain.
Setting off the smoke or fire alarm of the building you forfeit the entire security deposit.
The other apartments may be rented at the same time. 9pm quiet time. Be mindful of the other guests. They have been asked to do the same.
