QUIET BEACHFRONT BEAUTY Are you looking for a quiet, restful, or romantic vacation away from the crowds? Then don’t pass up this one. Located on the most pristine, private beach in the entire community of Rocky Point. If paddle boarding, snorkeling, beachcombing, or watching the sun rise or set from your own private balcony is your choice, then you will feel right at home. Gated community with 24/7 security, just a short 20 minute drive to downtown Rocky Point. Full amenities,, A/C, WiFi, Cable T.V., fresh linen, towels, dishes, silverware.
We live on the property and will make sure that we are here when you arrive to welcome you
The casita has its own beach access so you are totally private
As a thank you for choosing us we will invite you for a complementary breakfast at Giuseppe’s on blvd Fremont to make sure you are talking care of for your trip back home
If you are looking for a relaxing weekend with your feet in the sand and a good nite sleep where the sound of the waves putting you to sleep after you stargazed this will be the place

Relaxing Beach Vaca

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the beach. The casita had everything you need including access to the beach for a few days of fun in the sun. Location is quiet and not too far from town when you desire a little interaction with the local community.

Wonderful little place right on the beach! Dolphins, pelicans and lots of sea shells! Great beach walks with the changing tides too.

Great place

Casita by the sea is a nice little gem tucked away beach front in playa Encanto. The owners are on site and will help you with anything you need. They also have a great restaurant for breakfast and lunch, i highly recommend. You will love the beach and the kick back vibe.

Lovely Casita

This was our second stay at Maria's place. We and our pup Phoebe thoroughly enjoyed walking the almost deserted beach, relaxing under the palapas, catching up on our reading and preparing some simple meals.

This property is fantastic! Great location just outside of the busy town on an absolutely beautiful beach. The property owners are super nice and very helpful. Excellent accommodation with plenty of room for two with a very nice patio for sitting out and watching a sunrise or sunset. Highly recommend the Casita by the Sea - we would definitely stay here again!

Definitely Going Back ASAP

Adorable little rental on an amazingly beautiful and natural beach. The whole family welcomed us with open arms and we really felt like we were just visiting old friends while we were there. Being able to just walk out of the casita onto our own patio and just two steps down to the very private beach was luxurious. Definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

I've been going to Rocky point for over 50 years. Playa encanto is the best beach there for me. Casino by the sea is a cute little place reasonably priced. The host is wonderful and the view out the windows and on the back. Patios is marvelous 10 steps from inside to the beach. I love this place

We have been visiting Puerto Penasco for many years. This is the best beach yet with no rocks!! Maria is a very warm and charming person, the place was very clean and bed is very comfortable.
