MAGNIFIQUE VILLA MIKRI VIGLA SPACIEUSE, PISCINE, VUE IMPRENABLE, PROCHE DE LA PLAGE

Merveilleusement spacieuse villa cycladique construit en 2014, avec de superbes vues panoramiques sur Mikri Vigla et les îles des Cyclades environnantes. La villa dispose d'un espace de vie de 100m² / salle à manger / cuisine avec de grandes terrasses avant et arrière. Air conditionné et wifi dans toute la villa. Soigneusement subdivisées de couchage pour 13 personnes composées de six chambres et quatre salles de bains dans deux unités distinctes. Une belle piscine creusée dans les rochers environnants, avec des vues fantastiques et une clôture de sécurité pour les enfants et une pergola pour l'ombre et le farniente.

Mikri Vigla est surtout connu pour ses plages de sable spectaculaires, ses eaux cristallines d'un bleu azur, l'une des meilleures côtes naturelles de la Méditerranée. La plage s'étend aussi loin que l'œil peut voir dans les deux sens, le long de la côte sud-ouest de l'île de Naxos. Cette magnifique villa est située sur une colline, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage avec des chaises longues et des parasols disponibles à la location. Situé près de la plage il y a des restaurants, des cafés, des épiceries et un distributeur de billets / distributeur de billets. La plage de Mikri Vigla / Parthena est l'une des meilleures kitesurfing et planche à voile d'Europe. Il y a 3 écoles de surf sur la plage avec d'excellents équipements à louer. Il y a un mini marché à 5 minutes à pied de la Villa. Une voiture est recommandée, mais il y a un service de bus pour la ville de Naxos.
Adjacent à Mikri Vigla est la belle plage de sable de 4 km de Sahara / Kastraki, où même en plein été, vous pouvez profiter de la tranquillité et être seul. Le long de la côte vers la ville de Naxos, il y a les magnifiques plages Pavillon bleu, Plaka, Agia Anna et Prokopios.

Naxos fait en moyenne plus de 10 heures de soleil par jour durant les mois d'été et presque pas de pluie en juin, juillet et août, et a récemment été élue 6e meilleure île du monde par les critiques.

What a beautiful villa! Exactly as advertised, could not recommend it more highly. David was super helpful getting us settled and giving good recommendations for what to do around the island. The pool and porch were our group’s favorite spots to hang!

Beautiful, family friendly home w/ a stunning view.

We had a recent, unforgettable stay at this beautiful home in Naxos, Greece.Our extended family, spanning three generations and ranging from ages 4 to 74, spent one week in this home and found it to be a wonderful spot to make some great memories together. The layout was thoughtfully designed w/ two "mini homes" of bedrooms that accommodated all 10 of us. The heart of the home, the main area where we gathered and ate our breakfasts, has a really breathtaking view that became our usual backdrop to our breakfasts and afternoon hangouts. The (seemingly heated?) pool turned out to be a blessing, particularly for the younger members of our family who went in it every day after the beach. Beyond the comforts of the home, the location itself was a pleasant surprise. We found ourselves conveniently close to some lovely and less crowded beaches - specifically Plaka and Mikri Vigla. The house manager was flexible and helpful, ensuring that we had everything that we needed to make this a memorable stay. Overall, all 10 people in our group were very happy with the home - specifically the care/thought that clearly went into the design and landscape, the flow/functionality of the rooms and the location. We highly recommend it!

Fabulous Naxos Greece family trip

This property was perfect for our party of 10- 6 adults, 4 kids from 5-11. Spacious, well stocked, beautiful views! Short walk to beautiful uncrowded beach, small grocery, amazing bakery and a few restaurants. Pool is not heated, but we swam every day and with the sunshine it was great. We had two tours which were great in Naxos town and a farm to table cooking in a more rural part. We needed cars and competent drivers as it is an experience to drive in Greece. It seemed taxis and bus came daily so likely possible to get to Naxos town without. After touring Athens for a few days, the more relaxed chance to cook, hangout, swim was perfect. One of the best parts about this location was David Brown, property manager. He helped us prior to trip with answering questions and making suggestions; he met us at the airport to take our luggage and guide us to the villa; he offered hiking ideas and other adventures and marked maps for us- checked in several times across the week- outstanding! Also we were given a huge fruit bowl which the kids devoured and several bottles of wine, coffee, tea, water- felt very welcoming! Mid- week cleaning-was great too. Laundry was easy to use and well stocked ( no dryer but we preferred line drying anyway) If you want to be in the heart of Naxos town without driving, then this is not the villa for you, but for our plans and what we wanted- beyond perfect!

Parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve. La maison est de niveau 4 étoiles. Tres bien conçue, confortable avec une belle deco mêlant la tradition et la modernité. La vue est magnifique. La piscine très agréable avec ses transats sur une terrasse vue mer. L’accueil de David, aux petits soins est un plus. Bref allez y les yeux fermés .

Amazing house with amazing views

The house is very nice, with spectacular views and a great pool area. Very easy to share between several families, as there are separate spaces for everyone and a large common living space to enjoy meals and other activities together. Would strongly recommend!

Une semaine de rêve!

Une semaine de rêve dans cette belle villa à la vue imprenable. Maison très bien organisée pour des familles avec 3 x 2 chambres partageant une salle de bain + une master room avec sa terrasse magique. Une vaste pièce de vie avec grande cuisine et très grand salon donne sur une immense terrasse avec une vue incroyable à 180Degres. La piscine est aussi très agréable avec des couches de soleil magnifique. La villa est au calme au dessus du village (il y’a à juste 2 autres villas à côté mais on n’a jamais entendu les voisins. Accueil au top de David. On s’est senti chez nous tout de suite et notre semaine est passée trop vite!

perfect villa for extended family

we were 11 - 3 generations, and the accommodation is perfect in that it has different areas - 2 units with double room and twin room, of which each unit shares a bathroom, then a fabulous master with en suite. Be aware that the bedroom for 3 is away from the other rooms down some outside stairs. We loved the layout and the furniture, wonderful comfortable beds with soft pillows, and a fabulous big terrace off the enormous kitchen/reception area. The view is amazing from both the terrace, the pool, and most of the rooms. Easy walk to the supermarket and bakery and beach, where there is a wonderful taverna for lunches and dinner - very reasonable and delicious food. We were grateful for the hire car, as it is necessary to drive to Naxos town for fresh meat (frozen in local supermarket) and also it was useful doing a shuttle service to the beach! Would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Beautiful villa

We stayed two families and had a fantastic week in Villa Vigla. The lay out of the house, pool and garden was beautiful -modern and sleek while at the same time homey and cozy. The beach is 10 minutes away by foot and even if it is a favorite beach of kite surfers there is a quiet kid friendly cove and the cleanest crystal clear water. We highly recommend this villa and wish to be able to return ourselves to it another summer.

Perfect location and incredible villa

We stayed here as a group of friends for a week in June and everyone agreed this was one of the best villas any of us had stayed in. The property was incredible! All of the bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was great and so well equipped and the communal spaces were really spacious and so flexible. The villa was so well set out that if we wanted to spend time as a group we could easily in multiple places (inside or outside) but if you needed some quiet time alone there were also places to escape to. The pool area was very well set out and beautifully planted - in fact the gardens all around the villa were quite stunning The location allows you the most spectacular views any time of day but it is still just a 20 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to an amazingly well stocked small supermarket and the incredible bakery - the bakery was so good it usually had more than one visit a day Our check in was warm and friendly as well as providing a large amount of local knowledge and we stayed in contact throughout our stay to be informed about cleaners, gardeners and pool guys. As with the villa we could find no fault with the welcome we received and how well we were looked after We would definitely stay in this villa again and the layout of the place means it is perfect for both friends and family groups

Stunning spacious villa in wonderful location

This is a large spacious villa with stunning views over the beach at Mikri Vigla and the neighbouring island of Paros. Everything about the villa was perfect - it is very clean, exceptionally well equipped and the furnishings throughout are of a high standard. The garden is beautiful with a plethora of flowering shrubs and herbs. The layout allows for wonderful family times as well as space and privacy. The process of booking and the management support provided by David was friendly and very efficient. We were able to walk to the unspoilt Mikri Vigla beach and to a fabulous taverna located at it's end. There is a local well stocked supermarket and fabulous bakery nearby. Would thoroughly recommend - we will be back!!
