Apartment of 160 square meter with spacious living room of 50 sm, 3 bedrooms and two bathroom, ideal location for 6 persons.
The San Siro Stadium Metro Station (Purple Linie 5) which allow you to reach the EXPO Exhibition, the dome, la Scala Theatre, the Sforzesco Castel and  the ‘quadrilateral of fashion’ are only 300 m. fair from the apartment.

Fun in Milan!

This was a perfect, I mean perfect, place to stay in order to not only go to a concert in San Siro Stadium, but from which to see the beautiful city of Milan! Our host Carlo was a delight, he even took us in his car to the grocery store! He speaks many languages and is full of great suggestions for restaurants and gelato! I would definitely stay here again! Grazie Mille Carlo!

Great location and helpful host

The apartment was as described, and in a convenient location near the Metro station. Carlo was a very helpful and gracious host, who helped make it a pleasant stay.

Quiet and convenient

This was a gem of a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Carlo was great and very accommodating. Convenient to the metro and the grocery store. Local restaurants in the neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Perfect for an event at San Siro Stadium

Apartment was quite large and had all we needed. Carlo was nice enough to take me to the grocery store and point out some.things in the area.

Very clean, owner very sympathic and helpful. This apartment is ten minutes walk from the metro and then 20 minutes from all interest point in milano. We recommend.

Perfect for our needs

We travel abroad 1-3 times a year for our international nonprofit work and as people with physical limitations we have certain needs a hotel cannot provide. As English speakers, it's always a little challenging getting apartments/condos in cities (even though we download apps to help us communicate) - because unlike hotels it's more than likely the hosts and neighbors and local marts etc do not speak much, if any English. But Carlo made it very easy, we used translators in person to communicate and he also drove us to the grocery store (1/4 mile away?), which had large plastic carrying bags to purchase so we had no issues walking home with our purchases. There were a couple of cafes/restaurants in walking distance, and while they also did not speak English well they were very welcoming (tip - always TRY to speak the native language and have an app up to show you are trying, it goes a LONG way as we are in their country and should at least make an effort to try to speak the native language). It's also about 1/2 mile walk to the metro, but we also did take Uber's and cabs (tip - not always easy to find so recommend pre-scheduling Uber pickups in advance, especially if you are trying to get somewhere on a schedule). There was plenty of room in the living area - actually TWO places we could gather in the living space on top of the dining area. Also, while there, if we had any questions at all Carlo was available on WhatsApp very quickly. Excellent host!

Carlo is simply fantastic! Very responsive, lots of local information and very kind and considerate. The location is accessible to all sorts of transportation options which made it convenient for our Olympic events. Spacious, sunny, roomy..,it really is a lovely apartment in a lovely location. Saturday morning farmer’s market right outside of the apartment, Catholic Chuch a few steps away, and lots of dining options close by. The grocery store is within walking distance.

Rundum zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr gemütliche, saubere und geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Für Selbstversorger alles vorhanden. Geschäfte nicht zu weit entfernt. Weg zur Metro ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Straßenbahn ca. 15 Minuten.Sehr netter Empfang durch Carlo beim Einchecken.

ALLES GUT

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig. Mit U-Bahn und Tram kann man gemütlich ins Zentrum fahren und mit dem Auto ist man schnell aus der Stadt. In der Nähe ist ein großer Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl.

Spacious base for travel into and around Milan

Communication with Carlo was excellent. He met us on arrival and drove us to the local supermarket (10 minute walk away) when we arrived so we could buy dinner and breakfast. Apartment feels secure, with two external gates/doors and solid front door. Large lounge and dining area. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice hot and powerful showers and comfy beds. A couple of nice restaurants 10 to 15 minutes walk away and ten minutes away from the Metro and San Siro Stadium. Thank you Carlo for a great stay.

Séjour autour de Milan

Très bon séjour chez Carlo, tout s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est spacieux, très pratique pour une famille de 6, et la climatisation a été particulièrement appréciée en ce mois de juillet caniculaire! Très bien situé également, à 10 minutes d'une station de métro, un supermarché à 10 minutes, et rapidement sur les voies d'autoroute pour aller sur les lacs ou autres destinations. Marco a été un hôte parfait, très à l'écoute et avec un très bon Français :-)

Great location, friendly & accommodating

We stayed in the apartment for three nights with our three teenage sons on our spring break to Italy last year (April 2015). All communication before the trip was prompt and helpful. We do not speak Italian, so Carlo had a family member greet us who could more easily communicate. They were both very helpful and even assisted us in securing our train passes nearby. The accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed. There are restaurants and a market close by and it is truly an easy walk to take in a soccer match. I highly recommend this location for easy access in and out of the city. You can't beat the price or the friendly host. Thank you for a great stay. I'm sorry we didn't write a review sooner!

Apartment in Milan

The apartment in Milan was terrific. It was large, 2 nice bathrooms and all the comforts of home. Carlo, the owner, was extremely accommodating. He answered our email messages promptly and with any question, he was back in the apartment in minutes. The apartment has a very large living area, 3 nice bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very near the San Siro metro stop so easy to get back and forth into the city. I recommend this property very much! It was the final city on our 2 week trip around Italy, so it was nice to have this great apartment after having some issues in other cities. I hope to stay there again sometime!
