Lovely villa in excellent location

This is a beautiful villa in an excellent location. The facilities are great for groups of friends and for families with teenagers. The host was very welcoming. All in all an excellent holiday location with easy access to public transport if you don't want to drive or hire a car.

Amazing location

On Arrival at Le Messidor you are instantly amazed with the panoramic view of the coastline and the large swimming pool. It was the perfect place for our family holiday. We spent our days around the pool, sitting under the trees for shade and evenings on the terrace watching the boats and twinkling lights of the distant towns. Walking distance to the Boulangerie, supermarket, restaurants, port, beach and train station made it a perfect location. Would highly recommend a stay at Le Messidor.

Beautiful location! Excellent facilities!

Upon arrival the cleaners were very helpful and busy about their work, the property manager arrived as scheduled and all was in place for the utterly enjoyable holiday we experienced. The facilities were excellent with everything catered for, the pool a refreshing break from the soaring temperatures and the loungers very popular with the teens! The view is amazing and boat spotting from the balcony a regular pastime. Recommend the local boulangerie, with the nearby Spar very convenient when you cannot be bothered, or it is to hot, to go to the hypermarket! All in all thoroughly recommended for a family week of relaxation in the sun.

Gorgeous views and great location

The view is great. There is a lovely little bakery just around the corner and very nice hosts who were easy to contact. The beach is within walking distance, and it has some of the clearest water we have ever seen along the French Mediterranean coast. The café offers some really good food and very nice staff. Yes, some of the interior is a bit dated, but you will find that it doesn't matter at all. The bedrooms are nice, simple, and clean, and the terrace and pool are amazing. The pool is a little short of 2m at its deepest for those who care about that. :)

Aussicht und Lärm

Das Haus war toll, viele Zimmer und Bäder. Terasse gut besonnt und mit grosser Jalousine. Küche etwas eng und wenig Arbeitsfläche, wenn man als grosse Gruppe kochen will. Aussicht und Lage zum Strand sind toll. Leider ist es lärmig durch den Verkehr, Feiernde beim See oder andere Geräusche in der Nacht.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren 3 Familien mit insgesamt 11 Personen. Die Aussicht und die Lage waren für uns perfekt. Supermarkt und kleine Bäckerei um die Ecke. Verschiedene Strände gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren gut. Schöner Außenbereich. Pool und Tischtennisplatte waren super. Kommunikation war auch gut. Gerne wieder!

Ein bisschen fühlen wie reich und schön

Es war alles wunderbar eine tolle Villa mit hervorragendem Ausblick in einer ebenso schönen Lage. Pool und Garten großzügig angelegt sowohl Terrassen als auch innenbereich ausreichend Sitz und relaxmöglichkeiten. Lediglich die schlüsselübergabe hat mit über zwei Stunden Verzögerung erst stattgefunden.

September 2023 Wir waren insgesamt 8 Erwachsene in der Villa Messidor. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und schön angelegt, mit vielen, schattenspendenden Bäumen. Der Pool ist groß und toll zum Schwimmen. Die Lage ist wirklich super, in der Nähe eines Bäckers, eines Supermarkts und einem schönen Strand (Tiki Beach). Das Cap Dramont lädt zum Spazierengehen ein. Der Blick ist toll, schön wäre eine Lounge zum gemütlichen Sitzen auf der Terrasse. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, allerdings ist es im Innenbereich nicht so schön wie Außen. Zimmer und Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Bäder, bis auf ein Bad, haben den Charme der 70ziger. Im Obergeschoss sind 3 Zimmer, aber nur 1 Bad.

Un séjour idéal

Vacance entre amis en aout (12 personnes). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa est parfaite et offre toutes les prestations que nous cherchions, avec une vue extraordinaire ! Séjour entre copains VTTistes. Logement parfait avec ce charme des années 70. Cuisinie, sanitaire, literie très bien, très propres. Au final, ce logement a plus que contribué à un séjour réussi.

Perfect family villa

The villa was perfect for our family holiday! Large, spacious & light with plenty of rooms to allow everyone their own space! A well equipped kitchen & laundry facilities etc. Beautiful grounds with plenty of shady areas which we definitely needed with weather temps we weren’t used to!!! Of course the piece de resistance was the wonderful pool which the we all loved & had great fun in …. from baby to grandparents!!!! The villa was perfectly located with bakery, cafes, restaurants, shops & beaches all within walking distance!

Ferien mit 10 Pers. und 2 Hunden im Juli 2022

Sehr schönes Objekt mit sehr schönem Pool und Aussenanlage mit Schatten unter den Bäumen. Fensterläden und Mückengitter sollten ersetzt werden. Bäder müssten bis auf ein renoviertes Bad eine Auffrischung erhalten. Küche alles notwendige vorhanden. Beanstandete Pfannen wurden innert 24 Std. ersetzt.

Great for a group

We had a lovely stay at this property. We were a group of 3 familes each with 3 kids aged 2-8 so 15 of us in all and had plenty of room. The kids had a great time at the pool and balcony with amazing views was a great place for the adults to relax in the evening. Nice beaches and restaurants within walking distance, highly recommended!

Zeer ruim huis met heerlijk zwembad vlakbij de zee

Zeer ruim huis, ietwat gedateerd, maar wel voorzien van alle gemakken. Prima ontvangst en snelle service van Christophe bij klein ongemak.. Vooral veel gebruik gemaakt van zwembad en tafeltennis tafel. Kortom, heerlijke relaxte vakantie gehad met kinderen en kleinkinderen.
