WE DIDN'T GET WHAT WE PAID FOR

Mindestanforderungen an eine FERIENWOHNUNG nicht erfüllt!! (1) In Küche fehlen elementare Dinge wie bowls, napkins, dish-soap, Küchentücher, boards, plug for sink, ausreichend Gläser, Besteck, Tassen und Geschirr (nicht nur 2 Gabeln, 4 Suppenlöffel, 3 Messer, 3 Tässchen, 2 Trink- und 4 Weingläser!) – man fragt sich, wozu da ein Dishwasher steht. Um die Küche einsatzbereit zu machen, müsste man erst mal für 200 Utensilien anschleppen! (2) Im Bad keine Zahngläser und je 1 Hand- und kleines Badetuch(!), 1 Badezimmerteppich – all dies bei 2 Nasszellen! WC-Brille hat sich aus Verankerung gelöst, die Badezimmerspiegel kippen weg. Wasserdruck beim Duschen ungenügend. Viel zu tief montierte Brausen. (3) Sideboards in den Zimmern unbrauchbar (Schubladen klemmen oder fallen auseinander), Kästen ohne Tablare und Kleiderstangen. (4) Hygiene mangelhaft (nicht wie vollmundig verkündet): klebrige Griffe in Küche, Staubschicht auf Oberfläche Food Center, mit Haaren, Essresten und Sand verschmutzter Balkon. (5) Service: Angegebene Wellness-Öffnungszeit unzutreffend, Verfügbarkeit stark eingeschränkt. Bei Ankunft keine Information zur Infrastruktur wie Trinkwasserspender, Kehrichtentsorgung, Waschküche, TV-Bedienung, Senderangebot, Einkaufsgelegenheiten, Busbetrieb – alles muss am Front Desk erfragt werden, wo oft genug Null Interesse demonstriert wird. Gesamteindruck: Gebäude und Infrastruktur machen einen heruntergekommenen, desolaten Eindruck. Vieles müsste repariert oder erneuert werden.
