This luxury flat, with its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and total surface area of 120m², is very well equipped and colourful, and can comfortably accommodate 7 people.
The décor is both Savoyard, with lots of wood, and contemporary, enhanced by bright complementary colours. Cushions, carpets and Alpine decorative elements combine to give this flat the warm, friendly atmosphere of a successful mountain holiday.
The spacious living area features a large lounge with a study area, a dining area and a slightly recessed kitchen, all with access to the large terrace with its garden furniture, offering one of the best views of Châtel and the valley.
Recently built, "Les Flambeaux" is located on the heights of the village of Châtel, within walking distance of the Super-Châtel ski slopes.
Located 750 metres above the centre of Châtel in the sunny Boude district, the residence is easily accessible by car, shuttle bus or on foot. Garage parking is available for your vehicle. By taking the side paths, you can reach the village centre in less than 10 minutes on foot, where you can enjoy the shops and all the activities on offer, including restaurants, bars, bowling, an ice rink and much more.
The bus stop for the free shuttle bus to the other ski lifts is also less than 100 metres away, so you can enjoy your stay without needing your car!

Très belle vue, beaucoup d’espace, balcon confortable.
Nous avons passé une tres belle semaine aux « « Flambeaux ». L’unité était bien équipée (cuisine, salles de bain, rangements).
L’accès en automobile (stationnement) est difficile et étroit, ce qui a été compliqué pour l’arrivée.
Appartement très agréable, par contre 2 chambres et la cuisine (à l’arrière de l’unité) ont la vue bloquée par un mur de soutien qui est situé à proximité.

Appartement très chaleureux, très joliment décoré, tres propre avec une vue magnifique sur Chatel et ses environs. Tout s’est très bien passé de l’accueil au départ en passant bien entendu par le séjour en lui même. L’appartement se trouve à 10 minutes environ à pied du centre de Chatel par une petite route très agréable. Chambres de bonne taille avec rangement, 3 salles de bain neuves et design, un tres grand espace de vie et une belle terrasse viennent compléter l’offre. Bref, nous avons été ravis. Un garage se trouve dans l’immeuble.
Très bel appartement bien équipé et très propre avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée.

L'appartement est spacieux, cosy, agréable et confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il y a pas mal de jeu pour les enfants et le salon possède même un coin pour eux. L'immeuble est situé dans les hauteurs de la station et offre donc une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes. Il y a trois salles de bains, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie excellente. Nous avons également bénéficié d'un garage en sous-sol. Les contacts avec l'agence se sont fait facilement et il y avait même vu quelqu'un pour nous accueillir à l'arrivée et nous dire aurevoir au départ. En résumé, c'est un logement idéal pour des vacances à Châtel!
