The apartment n ° 21 of the RESIDENCE AU GRAND SUD HYÈRES is the largest we can offer on the garden side.

It has three rooms for a total area of 38 m². The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds. In the living room you will find a sofa bed for two people.

This comfortable T3 can accommodate up to six people.

Reversible climate control. Flat screen TV, stereo, free WiFi.

The kitchen area is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, mini oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker and espresso, various kitchen utensils.

You will enjoy enjoying the Riviera sun on the apartment's private and closed terrace.

A parking space for a vehicle is available at our hotel residence.

You will have near the residence (150 m) a supermarket with bread and pastries, fruit & vegetables ..., 2 snacks and 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant, shops ... all on foot.

In La Capte and Giens, 2 km 5 on either side of the residence, you will find various shops, food and others, restaurants ...

A different market every day, night market every evening at the Port of Hyères.
