Hygge House - Newly upgraded spacious cozy house

Welcome!
This cozy and spacious house is situated 10 mins away from Sechelt city centre and 10 mins walking down the hill to the beach access.

Beautiful newly upgraded house, fully furnished, complete kitchen with appliances and utensils.
There is a perfect balance between privacy and direct views to the ocean. You can watch the magnificent sunset from the Strait of Georgia on the sundeck or in the hot tub. All linens and beddings are provided.

Sleeping arrangements are:
#1 queen bed
#2 king bed with ensuite bathroom
#3 king bed with ensuite bathroom
#4 two queen beds with ensuite bathroom

Sofa in the living room can turn into a sofa bed. We also have one full size and single mattress you can move around in house.

Guests have full access in the house except for the shed at the back.

We don’t live on the property. Guests will be given door code to check themselves in.

Please indicate the correct number of guests when placing a booking. There are additional fees for additional guests.

The hot tub ideally fits 2-3 people. During summer months we might not be able to refill due to water restriction.

There is no cable line buried underground of this house. We use satellite network throughout the house. Please do not watch or download movies as speed will be reduced once data plan gets exceeded.

House rules!
Check-in time: 4 pm
Check-out time: 11 am

Early check in or late checkout - Please seek permission from host during your stay. Unapproved early check-in or late checkout may be subject to $30 per hour in compliance with our partner cleaners.

Wifi
Due to construction limitation, we can provide only satellite network (no cable) with limited data plan in house. Please do not download movies or watch videos as speed will be reduced once usage exceeds.

Visitors
No visitors - We do not allow unapproved visitors during your stay.

Hot tub
Hot tub switch - Main switch is in the first bedroom on first floor, behind the frame. Extra shocking tablet is in second floor closet. We turn on hot tub for guests and please do not play with buttons on the
panel.
During summer months we may not be able to refill hot tub due to water restrictions.

Furniture
Extra chairs and mattress/pillows are in first floor master bedroom closet.

Please return furniture to the original location if you have re-arranged our furniture including mattress before you check-out.

Smoking
NO smoking of any substance is allowed on property. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of $500.

Quiet hours
We have quiet hours from 8 pm to 8 am everyday including holidays as we are in a very quiet neighborhood. Please keep your volume low in the public area of property.

Abandoned belongings
Please do not leave your luggage or belongings behind in the house. Anything left behind will be considered abandoned. If we do have your belongings after your stay, we will charge $30 mailing fee separate from the cost of postage.

Overly stained towels/linens
Please refrain from using white towels to clean floor or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately if needed. Do not mix with colored clothing. Replacement fee applies if we are unable to remove the stain.

Garbage
Do not dump anything into the kitchen sink as it may clog.
Please sort garbage and leave in GARAGE. Don’t take it outside.

Kitchen
Use of cookware and dinnerware - please do not put used/uncleaned cookware back into drawers.
