3rd floor with balcony and elevator. (not accessible for people with reduced mobility due to 3 steps at the entrance of the building).

Please note, the price has been increased by 8% by the site, payment to the owner allows a lower price.

350 € to 500 € excluding winter school holidays.

Christmas and February holidays 750 € / week.

Decreasing price if more than one week rental.

Agréable séjour au centre ville d'Ax les Thermes

L'appartement sur 3 niveaux paraît un peu difficile à loger au départ, mais on arrive rapidement à s'y sentir à l'aise. Il est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Son emplacement en plein centre-ville est proche du marché, des commerces et des bains. Des parkings publics sont disponibles en quantité, notamment le long de l'Ariège. Un point négatif: l'état des lieux exhaustif à l'entrée et à la sortie est vraiment long et fastidieux; on aspire à autre chose que ces formalités quand on arrive sur place.
