Casa Cigno A is a graceful apartment that is part of a small villa. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a reserved outdoor area.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Santa Maria del Focallo. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store a few meters (feet) away and the beach at 30 meters (approximately 100 feet).
Casa Cigno A is located on the ground floor of a villa. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Cigno A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Alternatively, you can park free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a partial view of the beach and of the sea. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

 Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has two double-glazed small windows with a view of the courtyard.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the courtyard.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the courtyard.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hydromassage shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. The bathroom has a small window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
