Needs TLC
This a a beautiful long home that requires some TLC. When we arrived we were greeted with an overwhelming smell of concentrated cleaner/air freshener. After hours of all the doors and windows open we realized it was coming from a janky cut out piece of carpet at the entry way. The living area is much smaller than it appears in the images, but comfortable for 6 of us, much more would be tight. The bedrooms are spacious, but the third bedroom downstairs is an open room without a door- not really a problem for us. The home is very close to others in a neighborhood setting, unlike the photos, which was a little disappointing but still a lovely neighborhood. I understand this is high alpine environment, but they need to improve the snow removal to actually enjoy the deck. A sunny spring day in the Rockies is deck weather and sadly it was buried in snow/ice. At the very least a decent shovel could be provided. The home had a good surface clean, but is long overdue for a deep clean. Lots of dust in cabinets and under things. The kitchen amenities were ok, but could use some upgrades. There wasn’t a Tupperware, foil, ziplock to be found. We attempted to use the grill, but it was out of propane. I didn’t bother messaging anyone as no one responded from the original messages I sent weeks prior to arriving and still haven’t heard from them a week after checking out. This home has so much potential, but needs some TLC.
