Located in the heart of the 11th district, our studio is ideal for 2 people. Close to shops and transport, this apartment is perfect for visiting the city of lovers and its emblematic places.

This charming flat on an upper floor is a studio of 32 sq. m. Very bright, it is located on the 10th floor with elevator. This property with a beautiful view is equipped with :
- a living room with comfortable sofa-bed,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a wide balcony,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, household products, wardrobe, ironing equipment,
- TV.

- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Metro stop just outside, and we were able to get around Paris without issue from this location. We had a great stay and the property manager was very helpful.

Perfect apartment for a weekend away

Great View, great location.

Kind of small... but you can't beat the view. Loved sitting on the balcony. Getting in touch with host was hard since I don't have viber or whats app. Couch turns into a bed. For a very short stay it was ok. Thanks for hosting us!

It was a simple set up with floor to ceiling windows

We enjoyed our time there. It was an easy walk to the Siene. As others have said the sofabed was remarkably comfortable. Check in was easy. The water was off one morning and the metro was on strike the day we left, but all the fabulousness of Paris more than made up for any inconvenience.

Good location and poor maintenance of the property!

The little apartment is good with great location but needs a lot of work to get to acceptable level of the VRBO properties ! Fresh remodeling will help ! Sofa bed needs replacement , there are missing or burnt light bulbs , bathroom is completely worn out , cover under the shower cabin hold with duct tape ! In general the whole property needs good cleaning from A to Z ! Remodeling and replacing the furniture will be the best !

Didn’t live up to expectations

We were mislead about wireless, which is NOT available. The fold out sofa bed easy to use and okay for night or two, but ultimately not comfortable, with sharp edges of frame not covered by mattress so scratching likely without contortions to get up with using side of bed. Shower very slow to drain so bathroom flooding, but because only one key to unit, management company unable to access to fix

Would 100% recommend this apartment

Stayed 13th to 20th July during the heatwave (42 in Paris!!). Pluses - great location for metro, 2 supermarkets and local market (2 days a week) and local restaurants (dozens within a 10 minute walk radius). Easy to get to from CDG (1 train and 1 metro to 50m of apartment. Balcony a huge plus - great for sitting having breakfast. Had a fan which was a godsend during that week (don’t expect air-con in a Parisian apartment). Kitchen appeared brand new and was very good - washing machine excellent. Area busy so never a concern about walk home at night. Very secure - need fob to get through 4 checkpoints. Minuses - on a busy Boulevard so quite a bit of noise from below although really good electric shutter fixed this (we had to leave the balcony doors open because it was so hot). No wi-fi. Would 100% recommend this apartment.

The location of this unit was terrific for access to the subway and the Bastille neighborhood. Truly a Parisian complex - we met many locals who live in the building and they were all delightful. However, the property manager started out by saying "this is not a hotel". Turns out that meant we were responsible for purchasing our own hand soap and toilet paper. There was no guide on how to use any of the appliances. Check out time was earlier than anticipated and the list of "exit" items included stripping the bed and removing garbage with no indication where it went. Why did I pay a cleaning fee?? We still haven't received our refundable deposit nearly a month later. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Good Safe Location but Shabby Studio

This studio was chosen for its location and the balcony which did not disappoint. However, the studio itself has many deficiencies, especially for anyone wanting to prepare meals. Basic appliances (toaster, kettle) were either non existent or unusable. There were many lightbulbs burnt out (including over the stovetop and dining area) and when pointed out (to the person who showed us into the studio) we were told "at least there are some bulbs that work". The cleaner only does the bare minimum (the tray for the drying rack over the sink was filthy, dishes were chipped and not clean. The sofa bed needs replacing but the most disgusting thing was the very stained pillows...totally unacceptable. Pillows are inexpensive and should be replaced regularly. We were only given 2 thin bath towels and one hand towel (for 2 people for 6 nights).The toilet paper rolls left were dirty. All these problems with the studio are unfortunate (and fixable) because this has the potential to be a good choice for a short stay in Paris. We DO NOT recommend. The owner needs to address these deficiencies.

Nettes Apartment, aber...

leider war das Apartment nicht sehr sauber, nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Flecken in Bettwäsche und im einzigen Handtuch... schöne, relativ neue Küche. Leider konnte man nicht am Balkon essen, da es von der Straße zu laut war, Fenster mussten wegen des enormen Verkehrslärms meist geschlossen werden-schade! Leider war der Abfluss in der Dusche und Waschbecken verstopft, Wasser lief nur sehr langsam ab. Wozu der Fernseher, der angeschlossen da stand, aber keinerlei Funktion hatte da war, blieb uns schleierhaft... Gute Lage an der Metro, einige Supermärkte in der Nähe.

RÉUSSITE TOTALE

Un studio lumineux, spacieux,sensation d'espace grâce à la grande baie vitrée, belle vue sans vis à vis, terrasse au soleil pour le petit déjeuner ! Calme.Très bien situé avec le métro en bas de l'immeuble plus deux autres lignes à même pas 5 minutes à pied chacune. Belles serviettes de toilette ! La télévision marche. le tout petit bémol :La télécommande ne marche pas malgré de nouvelles piles, il manque deux bols pour le petit déjeuner et deux verres à vin pour la convivialité. Apporter ses propres cintres pour les robes et les chemises. Voilà, rien qui nous ait empêché de passer un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons !

Appartement très agréable lumineux et bien place

Superbe appartement très bien placé mais la télé ne fonctionnait pas . Nous avons du acheter une antenne intérieure pour capter la tnt et profiter du beau téléviseur . Nous nous sommes entendus avec le gérant pour obtenir le remboursement de l antenne .

Kurzer Überblick

Sehr sauber - Balkon (große Schiebetüre) mit schöne, tolle Aussicht über Ost-Paris(10. Etage - Aufzug) - Schlafsofa ist perfekt - Bad ist groß genug, große Dusche - es ist kein WLAN und Fernseher verfügbar, ist nur Deko und auch in der Beschreibung angegeben. Schöne große Wohnung, wie auf den Bildern. Es hat uns gefallen.

Beste Lage!

Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp für die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt und alles klappte prima. Die Wohnung entspricht völlig der Beschreibung, nur, dass der Fernseher offensichtlich nur Deko und nicht in Betrieb war, war erstaunlich. Wir haben ihn zwar nicht vermisst, ja aber offensichtlich bezahlt. Der Kleiderschrank mit Falttüren war so verzogen, dass wir ihn nicht benutzen konnten, aus Sorge, wir könnten ihn komplett demolieren. Die Küche war offensichtlich ganz neu. Leider gab es zwar eine Beschreibung für einen nicht vorhandenen Toaster, aber keine für die, offensichtlich mit mehreren Funktionen versehene Mikrowelle. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr war wirklich dürftig - dreiTassen, drei Wassergläser, zwei Teelöffel. Da sollte mal jemand kontrollieren. Die Lage direkt an der Metro und 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bastille war natürlich toll. Trotz der Mängel würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
