Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

No candles, open flames: grilling allowed only with prior permission in designated area
Guest responsible for basic cleaning during stay. Cleaning products are supplied. At departure please leave property clean.
Guest may not sublet property to another person or allow other people to stay on premise who are not in original agreement during the rental period.
