Beach house within walking distance (1.2 miles) and bike (5min) to Bethany Beach. This house built in 2019 is a 4 BD/4 Full bath/2 powder room, 3500 Sq. ft., 4 decks, single family home located within a mile from the beach. If you choose to drive we have TWO passes to park downtown Bethany in residential parking. There is a TROLLEY 2 blocks away from our house which will take you to the beach.
Enjoy expansive water views from almost every room in this home with custom finishes. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with an island and upgraded cabinetry/appliances located on the top floor looking out at the water views. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware to include a Keurig/coffee maker. There is a large dining area with a coffered ceiling and a lovely living area with a gas fireplace. The outdoor deck off the family room has a round pub table with 6 chairs, a gas grill and water views. There is a second deck off the kitchen and master bedroom 1. Master bedroom 1 is located near the kitchen on the top floor. You can walk out to the deck and enjoy the water view. This master has a huge upgraded bathroom with three shower faucets and a walk in closet with an extra twin bed in the room. The three other bedrooms are located on the main floor with access to a smaller kitchen and second family room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and deck. The second master bedroom is upgraded with two shower faucets, a walk in closet and an extra twin bed in the room. There is a flex room for tv and games to include a wet bar area and a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping. BD room 3 has a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a rollaway. BD room 4 has a twin over double bunk bed, 1 twin bed, twin trundle, and rollaway bed. There are three rollaway beds for young kids to use. The house has four decks in total each having water views. The lower level garage has plenty of room for beach accessories (boogie boards, shovels and chairs - welcome to use), and a ping pong table. The salt pond is across the street from the house and there are two kayaks/life jackets for use. This is the perfect place for crabbing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The house comes with two oceanside permits for parking on non-metered streets. There is also an outdoor shower for use (so please use it). Come enjoy a relaxing week at a family friendly beach town. Please leave your furry babies at home as we do not allow pets due to an allergy in our family.
