Denna vackra villa är det perfekta boendet för par, familjer och golfare.

Fristående, erbjuder en privat och rymlig miljö, inom närhet till både stranden (2 minuters promenad) och lokala byn La Cala de Mijas (5/10 minuters promenad).

Förutom kök med öppen planlösning och vardagsrum, erbjuder villan 4 sovrum och 2 badrum som delas upp i två delar av huset, så att gästerna kan ha integritet inom livsmiljö. Fastigheten är fullt luftkonditionerade.

På framsidan av fastigheten finns en stor terrass med en sittgrupp och matplats som ligger i anslutning till villan inbyggda grill. Det finns också ett säkert garage för gästernas lagring, med tvättmaskin och anläggningar

Holiday with friends

Very nice accommodation for a group of eight people. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchenware might need some updating. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, and the service was very flexible and customer-oriented. RECOMMENDATION!

Walking is a problem if you have awalking problem its not for you

the villa was fabulous every thing we needed and more the air con especially when temp was 35deg fantastic pool and the people who live on complex very helpful roof terrace lovely and view there was no shade on terrace to protect from the sun a sail or umbrella would have help with two young children wifi excellent for me the only issues was the very busy main road and access to the beach over the other side we did find a tunnel which took us to a beach bar very nice la cala de mijas town was a lovely spanish type old town and plenty of restaurants with excellent food i needed a taxi every time we went into town was not expensive so taxi drivers soon got to know us over all fabulous holiday just the wrong side of the road for me joyce

Excellent property close to all amenities

Excellent host who was readily on hand to address any issues. Property was ideal for all our requirements . Close to all amenities. Beautiful sea views from the rooftop terrace , We will be back .

Great location

We had a lovely holiday and the house lived up to our expectations. We loved the location near the beach, and the town so close that we just walked. I have 2 suggestions to make it even better. A couple of sunbeds and a parasol on the roof terrace.

Greit hus med god plass

Huset har masse sengeplasser og ok fasiliteter. Vi oppdaget mugg på det ene soverommet og et av badene, men ellers var alt ok. Huset ligger nær hovedvei og man må regne med litt støy herfra. Utleier er fantastisk og svarte lynraskt på alle spørsmål og fikset ting underveis. Huset anbefales til familier som trenger mye plass og ønsker nærhet til stand og sentrum. Ca 10 min gåtur.

Lovely villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa, we had everything we needed and Luke the owner was always very responsive to emails. We were supposed to get a new fridge freezer delivered but it never came so we did find it a bit on an inconvenience with the small fridge with 8 of us. The villa is perfectly located and walkable distance to La cala which is where we like to go. The bus stop is literally outside as is the chemists and a couple of restaurants. We did find the villa wasn’t very clean when we arrived so we gave it a clean ourselves, the garage is a mess and everything has been thrown in from previous visitors. It could do with a lick of paint and a bit of love but other that it’s fab x

Comfortable stay in Mijas

Good and clear communication via VBRO with owner Luke Warm welcome from Steve who makes you feel at home immediately and who takes care of the house when Luke is not around 4 good and airconditioned rooms 2 nice and big terraces with BBQ facilities Only minpoint was the 15 min. Walk to the center of Cala de Mijas (busy road) We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Would definitely stay here again

The villa is in a great location, just out of La Cala but it's only a short walk to get there. The beach across the road has a great bar/restaurant and because it's not right in La Cala there were plenty of free sunbeds. Frank's mini market is half way between the villa and the supermarket for essentials and there is a chemist next door to the villa. There's plenty of space inside and out for everyone and the balcony is amazing. None of us were bothered by being next the road, we didn't find it noisy at all. The pool is very close by, is much bigger than it looks in the photos and we had it to ourselves pretty much the entire week. Perfect communication from Luke who was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I've been going to Spain since 2012 and this is the first place I've stayed in that I'd happily stay in again. thanks Luke for having us

Great holiday location

Highly recommend this villa for all ages. We stayed here for one week at the end of July and had a fab time. The pool just round the corner is great and very clean so was nice to have access to. The villa is in good location, just off a dual carriageway but doesn’t affect the stay at villa. There is a path over the road which goes directly to a nice beach with restaurant and beach bar which I would really recommend as the food and service was amazing. The villa is large with lots of different areas to sit in although there are currently no sun loungers which have been a nice addition. The villa is well equipped for all ages and supply’s all you need for a baby/infant or kids of any age. Buggies/ travel cots/j high chair/ games and water floats/toys are all available at the property. The villa is set out so every bedroom has privacy from the other. It was nice that the main room with the double bed and single which also fitted a travel cot in was at the front of the villa so I could put my nearly 2 and 5 year old to bed and still sit out socialising well within earshot of them. The villa is around a 10/15min walk from the centre of Mijas but only one bus stop away which is located about 10footsteps from the front of the villa and very reliable/punctual and cheap. The walk to town was too much for my 70yrold parents but they used the bus no problem. Town is great with everything you could want available and the beach is perfect. I cannot speak highly enough of Luke the host he’s super friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. When we arrived there was a wonderful welcome gift of drinks and snacks, milk tea and coffee which was just what we needed to set us up for the first day without needed to rush to a shop. Great holiday!! 💜👌🏻

Definitely recommend this beautiful villa

I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely villa, especially if you have a big family! We arrived early hours in the morning and had a lovely food welcome pack and it was bonus that we had a pack of beer and wines chilling for us. Will definitely be visiting this place again and will 100 % recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much to Luke and your family for letting us stay at your second home.

Perfectly situated for easy access to the beach and la Cala and really lovely and comfortable inside and out 🥰🥰. Great location and cozy house

Nice house with good size rooms. Landlord offered nice welcome package Very close to the beach and to Cala de Mijas downtown. The back rooms feel a bit humid but other than that is a great place to relax.

Near La Cala

Good location regards proximity to LaCala, the beech and the bus stop to Fuengirola/Marbella. Quite close to the A7 so some traffic noise, during the day. Nice size villa with great facilities, but looking a bit tired aesthetically. Was really please with nextflix but was disappointed that the Barbecue was not clean and could not be used as was broken (although not sure if Barbecues are allowed in July). Good communication with owner who was helpful and easy to contact.

Great family holiday

Lovely holiday in villa that provided all we needed. Very secure for our grand daughter. Nice outside seating area. Short walk to La Cala town and beach. Side gate steps in need of some attention as used a lot when walking to town / beach. Overall we all had a great week at the villa.

Family holiday

We stayed at this property in July for a 2week family holiday. The property met all our needs and was within walking distance to calis mijas. We really enjoyed staying here my only negative was the pool which is a two minute walk from the villa situated within residential surroundings, the pool was fantastic but one of the residents was quite volatile to our children which there were six of them, she swore at them and consistently made them feel unwelcome at the pool. It came to our attention that this lady was the president of the pool and clearly didn’t like English children, be wary of her as she is not a nice person. Other than that we had a tremendous holiday residing at this villa and would recommend. Thanks Luke for your support in making our time there enjoyable.

Luke's property in La cala de Mijas

The villa was great for group of 9 (6 adults and 3 child). Allthoug it was a little hard to find. Our taxidriver did not recognize the adress, but that's not Luke's fault at all. Luke was very nice and calm, when I called him in the middle of the night. He calmly tell us directions allthough I was a little panic at the moment. All good everything: we finally found this place! And we fell absolutely in love for it in the morning when we saw properly for the first time(we came at night as I say). Yard was very nice and safe with kids. And the pool was closer than I first think. House was well equipped. We even found a baby stroller (and a doll stroller too!!) in the garage! And some toys for little ones. They absolutely loved it! Heat pumps in every room was very nice. Nights in May could be cold. Hrrr.. Villa was clean and welcoming pack was really useful, because we came late at saturday and on sundays supermarkets are closed. Everything went well and our holiday was memorable! Luke was wonderful and kept us as good as it's possible. I recommend this place with all my heart!

Absolutely fab, loved it

Stayed here from 18/08 to 01/09/18. There were 10 of us, it was fantastic. There was plenty of room, the villa was extremely well equipped and having the teens the wi fi was greatly appreciated!! The villa was very clean, in a great location and the roof top terrace was fantastic with lovely views out to sea. Lots of seating outside and the air con was a blessing! New bathrooms too which are not on the pics!! Loved it so much we are planning to return next year! Luke was on hand if I ever needed him, lovely guy!! I would def recommend this villa to anyone. Very nice welcome pack awaited us on our arrival too - with the essentials - wine and beer!!! Thanks Luke for a fab holiday. Will be in touch about next year.

Lovely villa, perfect for family holidays

We had a lovely week away staying at this villa with our children and grandchildren. The garden is a good size for children to play safely while you are relaxing on the patio. We liked the idea of the communal pool as with having small children it made the garden area safer. The pool is very close to the villa and very clean. The villa is well equipped with everything a family would need. The welcome pack on arrival with basic necessities was good to enable you to enjoy a cuppa or beer before going shopping. We didn't hire a car and there is no need as the bus stop is at the bottom of the road and takes you to local resorts. We visited fuengirola, benalmadena, the. Aqua park and had a trip to Gibraltar (the tour company picked us up at the local bus stop). La Cala de Mijas is a beautiful place with plenty of places to eat and bars. It still has the Spanish charm unlike the popular resorts that are more commercialised. Luke is great to deal with and responds quickly to emails. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a family holiday.
