Welcome to STUDIO ROYAL LUXEMBOURG, a spacious studio apartment located in one of Nice's most popular residences, in the heart of the prestigious Carré d'Or district on the famous Promenade des Anglais.



Located on the 5th floor with lift access, this studio benefits from a furnished balcony offering a magical side view of the sea. The perfect place to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine wine while gazing at the horizon.



This studio offers a cosy living area with a foldaway queen-size bed (which can be folded away into a cupboard to save space) and a dining area. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet for added comfort. A balcony with a side view of the sea completes the picture.



Access the rooftop swimming pool to relax, swim or sunbathe while enjoying breathtaking views of the sea. It is open from 1 May to 15 October (opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Opening hours: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm). It is accessible to all residents of the building.



The studio is located in a lively neighborhood next to the Promenade des Anglais, close to the pedestrian zone, Place Masséna, and the charming Old Town of Nice.

The location is great, the view is great We didn't have any heat or cooling. There were renovations going on on both sides of us and the noise was awful. No need for an alarm clock. We were shaken out of bed by jack hammers.

Location of the Apartment is fabulous with views over the Mediterranean and close to excellent local amenities. The booking of the Apartment, key pick up and return and service from Nestor and Jeeves was excellent. The Apartment could do with some updating, decoration and a good deep clean.
