It is an old and completely renovated holiday home with a chalet atmosphere in the kitchen and living room. The terrace allows you to enjoy the view of the Pyrenees and a 17th century castle in the foreground itself nestled in a medieval village in the heart of an oak forest.
On this terrace, you will find a barbecue, plants watered automatically, table and parasols for your meals.
The 140M2 house has all the comforts, internet, home cinema, PS4, dishwasher, washer-dryer ... the house is cool in summer. With 4 bedrooms, one of more than 25M2, with 2 double beds in 140, 3 single beds and a 2 seater sofa bed in 150 on 2M
Perfect starting point to go visit Carcassonne, its city, its Crabrespine abyss, enjoy the Lake of Saint Ferreol at 10 minutes, hikes in the black mountain or go to the beach in one hour by the highway which is 15 minutes . You can also simply walk in the forest to go to the waterfall, enjoy a baptism of glider 10 minutes from the house or do hydrospeed, discover the Revel market, eat a cassoulet, visit the abbeys or the neighboring Cathar castles, strolling on the Canal du Midi ... You will not have time to do everything!
