Stay at my home between beach and downtown while I'm away

Welcome to your home away from home. Centrally located about 15 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida and 15 minutes from vibrant and hip downtown St. Petersburg. You will immediately feel relaxed in a peace in this 2 bedrooms 1 bath home in a quiet neighborhood. Each bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable Queen Sized Bed. There is a living room and and separate family room. Each bedroom also has its own TV as well with their own TV Eat-in kitchen with access to a covered patio with views of the lushly landscaped private back yard. Family room has TV and a large leather sectional. The family room also has a large desk and high quality laser printer that would provide an excellent place to get work done.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Thanks for staying with us! Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Here’s how to check out.
Place all used towels in the bathtub. Take Trash and recycling out, Trash goes in the black bin by the garage door. Recycling goes in the blue bin. WITHOUT THE TRASH BAG
Turn off all lights, Leave heat or AC on. Heat set at 65 AC set at 77 Fan on AUTO Check that the back door is locked, Lock the front door on your way out Have a safe trip home. Come back again.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours after 11pm.
Guests may not entertain unregistered guests without prior approval.

Check in was very easy. Property had everything we needed including fresh coffee ready to go and sip while sitting in the beautiful back yard. Quite area. Local to downtown st. Pete and great local restaurants. Our fav was Baba…Mediterranean. Yum!Overall wonderful time in St. Pete!
