Granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Terrace has pool, jacuzzi. 50”HD television w/ Netflix. 24-hour security, phone, unlimited wifi, washer and dryer. Great for large groups or families.

Private chef available. Groceries can be stocked in the kitchen for your arrival for a service fee of $45 + grocery list.

Pickleball courts available.

Enjoy exclusive access to Pedregal’s Mountain Club, perched at the top of the hill, where you can take in breathtaking ocean views while relaxing at the infinity pool or jacuzzi.
