Kolmikerroksisessa rantatalossamme on 2 makuuhuonetta ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, kylpyhuone ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Toisessa kerroksessa on gourmet-keittiö, perhehuone ja ruokailutila. Siellä on myös makuuhuone, jossa on puoli kylpyamme. Kansi on yksi edessä ja valtava takakansi grillausta ja istuimia ulkokäyttöön varten. 3. kerroksessa on iso makuuhuoneen sviitti. Pöytätennispöytä ja muut ulkopelit ovat takatasossa. Siellä on boogie-levyt, rantapyyhkeet ja rantavaunu lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need for a great beach vacation! The owner was very good with communication and easy to get a hold of. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool was great and enjoyed using all the beach, chairs and towels.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends. The house was perfect - clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. Very close to the beach and the pool was fantastic! We had our granddaughter with us and the house has baby gates and a pack and play available as an option. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Super beach vacation home

The house was beautiful and just a quick walk to the beach. Susan had everything you need for the beach. Make sure to read the house booklet thoroughly. It has so much great info and everything is explained so well. We had a great time and the kids did not want to go back home. Walking to the beach, be sure to use the beach access at the end of Orange ave. It has a boardwalk that goes most of the way and is easier for older people like myself. You will have a great time at this vacation home. Well done Susan and Jeff and thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful beach home.

Girls Trip Beach House Stay

Fantastic property, fantastic host, both were beyond amazing. She treated us to delicious home baked goods and we even got to meet her and chat. She was very responsive to text messages and very helpful with local area knowledge. The property is a short, easy drive to old town St. Augustine. We are hoping to make a return trip sometime.

The hosts go above an beyond to make your stay comfortable!

We were so impressed by how thoroughly stocked this house was! Want to swim? The pool is clean and warm with a bunch of fun pool toys. Want to go to the beach? There are more towels than you would know what to do with plus boogie boards, beach chairs, sand castle toys and a wagon to carry everything in. Don't forget the outdoor shower to wash off the sand when you return. The beach is just a quick five minute two block walk away. You could hear the breaking waves from the beautiful front porch! There was a play pen for a baby, a grill with all the grill tools you could ever need, and the kitchen was a cook's dream. Susan and Jeff thought of everything! The house was clean, comfortable and an amazing place for our family to hang out. We have rented numerous vacation houses and this by far was the best we've ever stayed in!

Would give this experience more than 5 stars if that were possible. Susan is an amazing host and truly makes you feel like an extension of her family. The home itself has everything you could possibly need. We found the location to be perfect with short walks to the beach and short drives downtown. It was a lovely vacation made even better by her thoughtfulness.

Perfect family respite

Home is extremely clean, beautiful, and well appointed to the last detail. Kitchen is very functional and well stocked which made meal preparation a pleasure. The entire area is very peaceful, relaxing, and conducive to enjoying quality time with our loved ones. Very short walk to a semi-private beach and the owner was very friendly, attentive, and generally concerned with the quality of our stay. We've stayed in many of these properties over the years and this was one of the best experiences our family has had and we'll most definitely return in the future.

Southern hospitality

Our hostess communicated with me several weeks before the visit to help supply the home for our specific needs. She and her husband were there to greet us with cookies and wine. She even help me unload my enormous amount of luggage. She enjoyed spoiling our grands.. Very quick walk to the beach. Very comfortable home for our Christmas and New Years celebration with our family. I have never rented a more well supplied VRBO and generous hosts.

Beautifully renovated home in quiet beach community

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. 7 of us fit comfortably - grandparents in primary suite, teen in the murphy bed, parents and two kids downstairs. The house was spotless on our arrival; the recent renovations included gorgeous finishes and tasteful, beachy decor. We had never been to St. Augustine and were very pleased by the Butler Beach location - an easy walk to the beach, pool in the backyard, and a 15 minute drive to many fun and interesting attractions like the Alligator Farm/Zoo, downtown Old St. Augustine and Fort Matanzas. Our visit would not have been the same without the warm and generous hospitality of the property's owners, Susan and Jeff. Susan brought us delicious homemade baked goods (twice!), Jeff helped us find a reliable mechanic to fix a flat tire on our rental car, and they made adjustments to the pool's heating system so the water was warm enough for our young children to enjoy. Susan also made several restaurant recommendations, which we tried out, and they all lived up to expectations. I felt like we had our own personal tour guide on call! We hope to return next year. If you choose to rent this home, you will not be disappointed.

The house was perfect for our quick beach trip. The amenities were helpful! Beach towels and chairs, extra trash bags/toilet paper/spices. Plenty of seating for our group!

Treated like family

Can't say enough about the amazing house close to the beach with a pool and 15 minutes from Old Town . All that was nothing compared to our host Susan. She is so generous and truly makes you feel like family . Can't wait to come stay again.

Peace and quiet

We enjoyed our stay very much! Property manager was very hospitable and the home had more than what we expected, especially with everyday supplies. We had no issues! We would stay again and again.

True Gem!

This home was in a wonderful location just a block from the ocean. The property was very recently updated and it had views of the Atlantic right outside the front balcony. Perfect for a large family. Great place to stay close to St. Augustine. I would highly recommend this wonderful property.

Hospitality at its BEST

Susan and Jeff were the perfect host. When we arrived we had hot delicious cookies waiting on us and a sweet birthday surprise for my daughter. House had everything we needed and very clean. The new pool addition was a great touch and the kids enjoyed it. Located close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend. We will be back!!

Absolutely fantastic!

We have never had such a wonderful host. Been using vbro for years and this is by far the best. Susan went above and beyond!!! Welcome cookies, a birthday cake, presents, decorations, baby gifts ect... the house was fantastic, location wonderful. There is not enough words to describe our visit to St Augustine, we will be returning soon.

One of the BEST

We have stayed at VRBO properties for close to 20 years and this by far is our favorite! Immaculately clean, amazing hosts (we now consider our friends!), beautiful views, close to the beach and a brand new POOL. Watched the sunrise on the one porch and the sunset on the back every night.... do not hesitate to book this property, it will not disappoint! We can't wait to come back :-)

Best Beach House EVER

This property and hostess/host are THE Best! It is beautiful and the hostess/host think of everything you could possibly need or want during your stay. It is a short walk to the beach and fun to watch for the gopher tortoises and rabbits in the dunes on the way to and from the beach. We had lots of ping pong matches, some great sunrises and sunsets, and even saw a SpaceX rocket launch from the beach! We loved this place and the owners and hope to get to stay there again!

Susan is the Best! The house was wonderful, well appointed and convenient to the beach and downtown

Susan was a super host, helpful with restaurant recommendations and took great care to make sure out stay was safe during a potential tropical storm and comfortable. Beach was beautiful and the path to the the beach brought warm memories of my childhood. We will definitely stay with here again!
