Le lieu est magnifiquement situé et le bien immobilier est très agréable. La propreté reste néanmoins à revoir au niveau du linge fourni et du nettoyage du sol des l’arrivée. Néanmoins le séjour fut à la hauteur.

Chère Emilie, je vous remercie de votre séjour et de votre appréciation. J'ai du mal à comprendre cependant vos remarques sur le linge et les sols. Le linge est loué dans une blanchisserie et toujours impeccable et les sols, comme le reste de la maison, avaient été faits juste avant votre arrivée. D'ailleurs vous n'avez fait aucune remarque à ce sujet le jour de votre départ. Dommage, j'aurais aimé pouvoir en discuter de vive voix et constater le problème.

Nous n'avons jamais rencontré notre hôte ni au début ni à la fin du séjour. Aucune explication sur ce qui se trouve dans la maison (par exemple, il y a une radio murale dans la cuisine que nous n'avons pas réussi à écouter), aucune information en cas de problème (médecin, pharmacien, hôpitaux) et aucun renseignement pratique sur ce qui se trouve dans la maison. La porte d'entrée extérieure ne peut être ouverte sans clé ; nous avons dû escalader pour entrer ! Dans la chambre du bas, un coffret électrique est à couper le souffle (un enfant pourrait ouvrir cette armoire non protégée et ... ). La porte du lave-vaisselle est cassée er le couvercle vous tombe sur les pieds. Jolie maison et joli jardin mais pour le prix, ce qui précède devrait être corrigé. Merci.

Je me suis entretenue au téléphone avec vos amis à leur arrivée sur les lieux et leur ai bien rappelé de ne pas hésiter à me contacter pour toute question ou problème dans la maison. C'est pourquoi je suis très surprise de découvrir vos déconvenues seulement après votre départ. J'aurais certainement pu vous assister et régler tout cela. Au plaisir de vous recevoir de nouveau.
