Welcome to Crystal Forest 21, a bright and inviting 2-bedroom/2-bathroom corner unit nestled on the ground level with effortless ski-in access and just a short stroll to ski-out.
Perfect for a small family, this charming retreat offers a seamless blend of cozy communal spaces and private bedrooms for a truly relaxing holiday.
Step into the welcoming living room, where you can unwind after a day on the slopes. The open-concept design connects the living area to a well-appointed kitchen and dining space, making it easy to enjoy family meals and conversations.
The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. An additional full bathroom caters to the second bedroom and guests.
From your private hot tub, soak in the stunning view of Mt. Tod's peak and plan your next day's adventures. The unit also includes a BBQ, perfect for grilling and enjoying the crisp mountain air while you cook!

This property has 2 parking stalls in the underground parkade. The garage height is 2.36m (7'8").
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
