Life doesn't get much better than the beautiful views from this 1st floor condo. Whether it's enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, viewing the fire works in the evening or spending time indoors while soaking in the scenic views from this wonderful property, it all adds up to a relaxing time. This ground floor unit allows for kids to play yard games in the grass right out side while you sit on the deck overlooking a 180 degree view of East Lake Okoboji. This unit is in a secluded area of the Bridges Bay property which allows you to get away from the lively environment of the water park and restaurants while being just a short walk away to enjoy all of the amenities the resort has to offer.

Rental of this condo also gives you 6 free daily full access passes to the Bridges Bay Water Park. The indoor portion of the water park is open year round.

Perfect stay

We loved this property! The views of the lake are great and the condo is so nice! It exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect location for us as we could pick our family up on the dock after getting our boat from Oak Hills Marina who was also awesome to work with. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and perfect.

The condo was nice and clean. The ground floor condo was great for accessing the water. There was a dock that was close that the kids could swim from because there was a ladder to get back up. The boat we rented could be docked to load and unload. The rest of the property was so-so. The indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and tube slides were all closed. The pool by the condo was also closed.

Beautiful!

Simply a beautiful property with a great view of the lake. We enjoyed the condo with my parents and kiddos and they all loved it. We’ll definitely be back! The place is very clean, the beds were super comfortable and the patio is a great spot to take in the lake view. Awesome!
