there was no fireplace as per picturesalso, I’m staying downstairs bedroom. You can hear all the noise from upstairs to the creeping floorboards that you have.The scenery was beautiful and the place was clean

The home is close to town, clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. The views from the living room are breathtaking and the first two mornings of our stay, a pair of Tuis came to the tree at the edge of the deck for their morning conversation.

All you could ask for and more

What a great spot. Quiet neighbourhood, close to town, well kitted out with quality things. Had an absolute blast there with a group of 8. Plenty of space. Highly recommend and would love to come back

Perfect location

We loved the house. Plenty of bedding, great views, only 10 min walk down to the lakefront. And loved that there was a piano too!

Great Queenstown stopover.

Handy to the centre of Queenstown. Beautiful views. Very well stocked. We were a group of six with plenty of rooms. Lots of kitchen equipment to cook a meal. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for making it so comfortable.

Great location and amazing stay for a big group

We had a great time staying here. Great location and views! With everything you need. Highly recommend for a large group. It is just good to note however that in half of the garage I think they run a laundry service? So there will be people on the property. Just gave me a bit of a fright when I saw someone I didn’t know in there! Other than that it is perfect. Thanks for having us stay

This is our family's happy place we hope it will be your's too. We have it set up for easy living for 2 families, although it could equally be for a group of friends. It is in a residential area, surrounded by local families and is definitely not a party house.
